You are missing the point. I called you 1 day to lock the agreement including offering to pay. This was based on your offer for my trade-in to expire. I was informed the agreement was not ready. LESS THAN 24 HOURS LATER you notify me the agreement is (now) ready to complete but you have reduced the trade-in value ~$1500.
