Process was easy. Received it in time. But The vehicle came without the floor mats and very dirty...no thought into having it looking nice for the customer. Car was delivered by a very nice man who liked my dogs. The car was very clean and runs great! Some confusion on whether or not Caravana is getting my registration transferred. Rear tires should have been replaced they had plenty of tread however they were seriously dry rotted in the tread grooves. My mechanic informed me they were extremely unsafe. So I replaced all four tires tread however they were seriously dry rotted in the tread grooves. My mechanic informed me they were extremely unsafe. So I replaced all four tires with new Firestone tires. Other than that and the fact that it was full of sand and dog hair and the antenna was missing I love the vehicle More

I received my car, process was super easy, the delivery driver-Rachel was amazing. She needs a raise. The car had quit a few more things wrong with it than showed online. Between scratched, cracks, & interior stains as well. 3 days outside of my 7 day return all engine lights lit up. Still under warranty, but should not happen. Now I have to be without a car for days for it to be looked at & under the warranty you pay for your own vehicle & POSSIBLY get reimbursed from the CLAIM date. Which is when it gets into the garage on a Monday, while this happened Friday morning. The whole process was not fair for me who just paid for a new vehicle plus the fees for a rental on top of it. All after 10 days of having it. Obvious mechanical issues as well. Make sure to take your vehicle to a mechanic in the 7 days to look over. More
