I will contact him however that still is a inconvenience for me when you have a process in the front end makes it easy but now I have to take the time to reach out to schedule to drop off a car while they inspect it and wait for it. However that is great with the guarantee, this is something that should be looked at in the front end and not be delivered until fully completed for a satisfactory delivery. I have had 30 vehicles in 10 years this is my first time with you guys.
