Thank you for your reply. You mentioned that you are unable to locate my account with the name provided, and that I should reach out to Carvana support at 800-333-4554. As I mentioned in my review, I already tried this approach, and I didn’t get anywhere. I reached out to Carvana customer support on 3/18, and they refused to pay me the difference in the offers or resolve the situation in any other way. If you’re able to help, that would be great. I’m not comfortable listing my contact information here, given that this post is publicly viewable, but you should be able to look up my account from the details of my sale. I sold a silver 2018 Kia Stinger GT2 to Carvana on 3/18 in Michigan with 56,451 miles on it. Happy to provide the VIN if that helps. Hope to hear back from you. -- UPDATE 3/29: It's been nearly a week since my last message, and I still haven't heard from you.
