Awesome,no haggel no aggravation of a car dealer blowing up your phone until you have made a decision. Easiest and stress free purchase in my 66 years of living. I hope their is a carvana in heaven. Although the process of buying the car was seamless. They kind of tricked me with the registration and taxes cause. If I walked into a car dealership instead of Carvana, the dealer would take care of those f kind of tricked me with the registration and taxes cause. If I walked into a car dealership instead of Carvana, the dealer would take care of those fees for me as opposed to Carvana so it make me second guess why I even bought a car with them. And my car was delayed and arrived FILTHY. I mean the car arrived so nasty I had to take it to a detail shop to get it how looking actually clean. So I was disappointed with that. All in all, go to a dealer and not wait 2 weeks for a dirty car when you can walk out a dealer with an actually cleaned/detailed car the same day. More
It started out good, the process of buying the car was easy, but when I got there to pick up my car, I had to wait an almost 2 hours because something was wrong with the vending machine and they found iss easy, but when I got there to pick up my car, I had to wait an almost 2 hours because something was wrong with the vending machine and they found issues with the car, that they should have found before I got there. The car was not clean properly either, I found cheetos and candy wrappers in between the front seats. Also shattered glass was in the back seat and trunk which should have been clean up. Now I'm wondering if this car was in a accident, even though carfax says otherwise. If they can't even clean the car good what makes me believe that they put work into the car. I don't know if I can recommend carvana right now. More
Worst process I have ever had buying a car. Financing part was done in a couple days That was only good part about this company but it took going through 2 cars and 7 weeks to get a car. Car was delivered with a broken from end cracks and spray painted with a can to try to cover all the scratches and chips They email you the day the car will be delivered to tell you it won’t be delivered No phone call due to car having a scratch on bumper. Ok we postpone it to get that fixed for a week. Next week time rolls around no delivery cause it’s not done. Won’t tell you anything else. Reschedule for next week. Find a car same thing but deferent color seats so we switch talk to lady and get it done. Call back to put more money down and was told we wouldn’t loose our place for delivery put more money down and it changes and she says sorry you will just have to wait another week. So we wait get the car then and soon as we get car off of truck we see spray painted bumper and hole in side on of car. Bumper is broken on front in 2 places Guy was surprised I was upset it look like a cheap dealer trying to get something over on a buyer. so it takes 3 more weeks to get car. In that time it was my wife birthday present. Was told we will make it to you by a gift for her. No gift. Nothing like was told we would have. So get the car drive down the road bumper grill comes off. by this time my wife loves the car so I personally have to fix a new car I just bought Will never buy from there again and will make sure no one I know will either. Great idea. Poor management and how it is ran in Oklahoma City. Delivery lady was very nice tho. We did like her. More

I'm very unhappy with the customer service I got they delayed me getting the car they said they couldnt find the title, I had obligations I missed of it and when I came to pick up my car they said I coul delayed me getting the car they said they couldnt find the title, I had obligations I missed of it and when I came to pick up my car they said I couldn't take it home something was wrong even tho I was in the green and that's why I was there in the first place so I had to go back 2 days later I lost a days pay .Bernie was so ignorant to me she wasn't friendly she was rude when I finally could take my car home my sun visor mirror was broken but it wasn't broken the first time I looked at it I had chocolate smeared on my passenger side seat they promised me a 100 gift card that I never received n never got a carvana coin I want them to check the cameras on 2/29 to find out which employee smashed my sun visor mirror I opened it up and glass went in my lap and I had a cut More
Good experience except for delays on getting the car and it not starting, so needing repairs within first week. Carvana covered the repairs thankfully. I love my Toyota RAV 4 and am happy to have the chance to own such a nice automobile. All the local dealerships wanted a huge down payment and had nothing this nice and affordable. My only problem was with the Carvana software platform. They were having problems with the que and every time I picked out a car my time would expire and I would lose the car to someone else. This was during “The Snow Storm” and everything was crazy or shutdown in Texas. Other than that I would and have recommended Carvana to anyone looking for a car. More
Fantastic experience. Would recommend to ANYONE. Only disappointing factors: 1. the "vending machine" for cars was not working and would have been a huge part of the experience for our kiddos (one who we disappointing factors: 1. the "vending machine" for cars was not working and would have been a huge part of the experience for our kiddos (one who we were purchasing the car for/new driver). 2. Car was NOT clean! It was vacuumed and exterior wash but honestly expected more--surfaces wiped down, cup holders wiped out, etc. It was REALLY gross with sticky bits, coffee spills, etc. inside. Grime everywhere. Positives: process for pick up was quick and easy! Loved the communication from the team and LOVED the ease of the process. One plus is that Carvana does have oil changed and tires rotated; definite plus! Would highly recommend! More
