I purchased a car through eBay, and had to reach out to them in attempt to complete payment, only to find out the car was already sold. I had another purchase lined up, and I told the other seller I had found another car, thinking I had purchased one from Carvana. This was on a older vehicle that isn't easy to find with the low mileage I wanted. So I lost out on both cars. The customer service rep on the phone was polite and apologetic. He said he's seen this happen before, but obviously there's nothing they could do since it was already sold. Again, just a poor system that ended up costing me on another vehicle, and now I could be out searching for months to come. More
I'd like to start off with the first car I tried to purchase. The first time trying to get a car was seeming to go good until my car was locked in for purchase and they kept delaying my delivery dates purchase. They kept giving me the run around for up to 3 delays until the last advocate that contacted me basically said they were literally doing nothing with the car and it was just sitting there. Horrible first experience. This next attempt at purchasing a car was successful and no delays however the first experience left me with a sour taste of the company. I wouldn't expect timeliness to be the strong point of this dealership. More

This car purchase did not go without many many issues. I do not understand how I am purchasing a car with 2 accidents after it is supposed to be “accident free.” Then the car had red “needs service” warning do not understand how I am purchasing a car with 2 accidents after it is supposed to be “accident free.” Then the car had red “needs service” warnings when I picked it up from the Cleveland location. I mean needs oil change, needs brakes and fluid flush, needs spark plugs, key fob dead. Big scratches not on inspection list and As well as the kidney grilles fell out when I popped the hood. Inner door panel hanging off, and back tailgate rattling so bad I thought I left it open! What is this 150 point inspection????? My car didn’t get it. I spent 11 months trying to get the exact car I want and now that I have it I do not want to just “return” it and move on. I paid top dollar for this BMW X5 so all I ask is for carvana to make it right. We will see if they will fix all of this it is currently at the dealer because after all of this I have to pay for a $50 deductible on top of full price $17990 and $590 shipping and I’m going to have to pay another $50 because one shop just can’t do it all. I’m not happy and you couldn’t even honor the $500 off referral program because I live in Ohio. I’m just bummed out and which this went much better. There’s a lot more but for now I’ll end up being ok if carvana fixes some of the issues at BMW and I’ll move on. Rosetta Brown is great In post-sale to talk to but the results are still pending of the outcome. This is just 100% honesty not being mad or an angry customer with malice. I’m just disappointed in a lot of shortcomings. More
