I am currently working to figure out how to sort this mess out yes. I still do not have my car back after purchasing it 11 days ago as it is sitting in the shop silverrock causing many delays. Nothing is resolved yet I do not have the car back and the dealer can not fix all the issues. I will have to take it somewhere else after this. I just want the car fixed and to move on. Someone from Carvana sent me an email saying they would reach out to me Wednesday 2/26 so I hope to hear from them soon.

The vehicle I wanted was listed as AWD but only Fwd which I noticed after getting stuck in the snow, carvana dealt with this by offering 100.00 dollars for a 4000.00 screw up and acted like I simply didn’t like the car instead of treating it as their mistake. Then I waited weeks for a replacement vehicle, listed as having a navigation system, color silver, never in accident. It arrived as a light blue metallic, the tag even has blue as the color, no navigation and obvious accident damage that wasn’t noted or hotspotted. Their offer was to exchange the car or keep it. How on earth could I trust a third exchange? I’m thoroughly offended and disappointed by the whole fiasco which was easily preventable. Apparently the employees are lazy, incompetent or apathetic.
