This was the very first company I ever invested in. A few years later I found myself purchasing one of their vehicles. The initial purchase is beyond seamless but if you have to open more than one door to th years later I found myself purchasing one of their vehicles. The initial purchase is beyond seamless but if you have to open more than one door to their operation you’ll start to see the cracks. Their customer service is abysmal once you’ve entered into issue-zone. I ended up canceling the service contract I added on at purchase. The service contract said anyone would take the coupon outside of their approved vendors. I live in small town and didn’t have an approved vendor. I went to Jiffy Lube and found myself reversing the car out of line as they denied service for carvana/silver rock. The amount of the contract is a joke as well. It says it cancels after 12 months or 60000 miles. What it doesn’t make clear, except in the fine print, it’s when the car reaches 60000 total miles. Since my car already had 45k miles, I essentially paid extra to be charged $100 every 1000 miles I traveled. Which makes even less sense as they offer a few free oil changes for your first 10k miles or so. Needless to say, we were in the process of purchasing another vehicle from them when this occurred and decided to 86 ever purchasing from these guys again. More

I have to admit I was a little nervous about buying a car online. Carvana was great! Professional, easy to deal with and gave me great deal on my trade in. All interactions with Carvana folks were great! They were very helpful each time and often went over and beyond. Would recommend (and have) to family and friends. My only issues were that I had to t were very helpful each time and often went over and beyond. Would recommend (and have) to family and friends. My only issues were that I had to take the truck to both a body shop and mechanic to resolve some undisclosed issues. It was all covered but just a hassle to deal with. Also, I feel I’ll need to take it to a Ford shop soon to ensure the power train is in good order as there is a little jerking in accelerating. I’ll want to get it checked. More

I had a great experience with Carvana. I wasn’t even planning on buying a car this soon although I needed one. They made it as easy as possible to do. They have great customer service representatives wh planning on buying a car this soon although I needed one. They made it as easy as possible to do. They have great customer service representatives who help walk you thru. They don’t run your credit through 50 different banks and put a bunch of inquiries on your credit. It’s the easiest and financially healthiest way to shop for a car in 2021. The amazing service is even there when they drop your car off. They don’t discriminate in their hiring and representation because a woman dropped my car off and she did a great job. I definitely recommend Carvana to anyone who is buying a car and when I’m ready for my dream car I’ll definitely be purchasing that through Carvana!! More

I am very impressed with Carvana. The delivery was excellent. The driver/representative from Carvana who deliver the car documented a dent that happened during transportation. Although the warranty usually doesn’t cover cosmetic, it was not reported before so they are fixing it for free with no deductible. In addition, the heater core was bad and I’ve had to take the car into the shop at the dealership to get it fixed. Carvana is going to cover the cost because it was broken when I received it under the warranty with no deductible. I’m very pleased that they are taking care of the problem. Everything else has been perfect from Carvana. I’m very impressed and I would highly recommend it to other people because they stick to their word and give you the best product they can. I am so happy that I was able to find a manual transmission VW Beetle. They are truly hard to find, and I’m glad that Karlotta was able to help me find what I wanted. The website is also very easy to use. Highly recommend this car dealership! More

This car buying experience is great. After filling out the "Pre-qual" portion my wife and I enjoyed a few days of looking for the right vehicle that was within our desired monthly payment. It was quite as the "Pre-qual" portion my wife and I enjoyed a few days of looking for the right vehicle that was within our desired monthly payment. It was quite astonishing to see all of the choices that we had and we were able to use the filters provided to really narrow down our selection. The caravan associates who helped us through the whole process, were always friendly and helpful. Our delivery day came and so did the excitement and our delivery was actually 30 minutes early! Everyone was great! I will definitely be using Carvana again when needed. GREAT COMPANY! More
