I love how helpful and pleasant the dealer staff are, both on the sales side and the financing side, just professional and efficient. I love the delivery process, the little tow trucks are adorable! I love that there’s a 7 day money back, switch your vehicle to something else, hassle free policy. I didn’t use it, but I loved that it’s there in case. Overall, buying my car with Carvana was such a good experience, I told my family about it and my brother and my other brothers girlfriend both purchased cars via Carvana! *Told my mom and Uncle as well, but they went to a conventional dealer here in town (and had a less than stellar experience because of their decisions). Thank you to everyone that had a part to play in the whole process! I will definitely be using Carvana in the future for my next vehicle (if I need another one!). More

This has happened before at Carvana - I had to hunt to confirm it was a manual. - hold times for calls are 20-30 min. Not acceptable. - The convertible top and windshield washers did not work and brakes came with 900 miles of wear left.. Silver Rock is covering all of this under warranty but what did exactly did Carvana check in its 150 point inspection? More
These vehicles are not clean. Maybe vaccuum and wash but no detail whatsoever. 1st car (unexpected gas hog) exchanged for another vehicle. The delivery people are great and undervalued. Some not so much. I will unlikely ever use the dealer again. They are totally helpful 1st car but on exchange the bubbly helpers change stance. They know they have you pinned due to having to keep 1st vehicle if you reject 2nd vehicle on delivery. The 2nd vehicle will be scheduled to deliver after 7 days of 1st vehicle. It appears that the interest rate is a moving target as well. Not derived by your credit rating, But rather adjusted to make the seller the same amount of money on each sale. I did accept the 2nd vehicle but not because it was a great deal, nor an acceptable interest rate, the car was filthy as well. I am paying a premium nada price plus 4600 in interest regardless of how long I make the payments. I accepted because I was in a jam. I didnt have time to be off work to car shop and my current vehicle was about to go down. So like most of you out there, I bit the bullet and will pay significantly more than value, to keep working to pay rent utilities and groceries to survive to do it again next week. Good luck to you folks out there! Our country is off the rails and sliding uncontrollably toward a cliff. More

From start to finish, this was a very intuitive and straight forward process. I didn't have any unexpected cost or changes. The communication was good and Carvana never spammed me. Never again. I should have gone to the dealership. This company is awful. I found a vehicle I wanted. They were supposed to deliver. Carvana rescheduled the delivery the day of. It is required before you accept vehicle. New delivery is 4 days later. Vehicle came with multiple cosmetic issues not listed. Its a Jeep and the window plastic is torn. I immediately let the driver know. I submit my claim to Carvana. You have 7 days before you decide to keep. You barely get them to talk to you about what is going on. On the 7th day they approve my claim. At that point I could not have returned. They schedule a glass shop to fix window. The window is plastic. This has been the worst car buying experience i have ever had. High rates, not communicating by phone, and slow response times are some other issues. I should have went to a person who can be held accountable and if something was wrong. More
