Very good process and service. I appreciated the quick in and out picking up the car. My only negative is that it is too hard to communicate with a human. I frequently use on-line chats for customer service and find them useful and efficient. At this point, Sebastian is the equivalent of reading through FAQs. Also, your trade offers should survive until the car that is reserved is available. I reserved a car at the same time I received the trade offer. It took two weeks for you to get the car ready and available, so I had to go through the trade offer process again. My time is as valuable as yours. Other than those minor issues, I found the entire process to be very efficient and enabled me to avoid all the dealership games. I will certainly use Carvana again. More

I was very skeptical about Carvana’s buying process and if the car I saw on line would look good when I saw it in person. I stopped this purchase several times before committing to see it through. I was pleasantly surprised with the outcome! Carvana knocked this one out of the park. We love the 2016 Acura ILX! IT is in better shape than what I saw in the pictures. The paint finish is excellent and the interior is like new. Searching for a negative I would say there was mud under the fenders. So far that is all I have found and that rinsed off with the hose. All in all I am hooked on the Carvana way to buy a car and will always check with them before going to another dealership. Great job by the team in Orlando who detailed the car and helped us with the final paperwork! Remember there are lots of buyers like me who won’t take the leap unless they see real results. Carvana, keep focused on the details of your product, the little things and you will continue to succeed. More

At Carvana, in Arizona; I'm in Pennsylvania. No worries! Carvana made the process easy, shipped the car to a local vending machine and a week later I was driving my dream car! The process was easy, the people friendly, and the car is exactly what I want. Reserving the car, completing the contract, trade-in, and all details was easy. I've purchased cars on-line since the early 2000's and this was by far the best experience. Carvana stands behind the car you buy too. There was a chip in the windshield which they are coming to repair this week as part of the standard agreement. Well done! More

This was our third purchase from Carvana and once again they didn't disappoint. Excellent customer service, they keep you posted through the entire process via text and email. The vehicle arrived in perfect condition as it was described on their site. Every delivery driver we had has been friendly, professional and extremely competent. They even brought us a gift bag. We tried to purchase from their competitor once (vro) and it was a nightmare. We cancelled the deal after they took our money and didn't return any of of our corespondence for 3 weeks. Never again! We went back o Carvana and had a seamless purchase. There is no better way to purchase a car. Do not hesitate. More

Overall a better experience than the dealership. I like that they have inventory from across the country, as certain models and trims can be difficult to find locally. The bad and the good: The listing information and disclosures should have been better and included more pictures. There was some fender damage that was much greater than what was shown, a third party auto body shop and insurer is now handling it, but still a hassle. Car had no floor mats, a few bulbs were out, and no bluetooth as noted; all were credited back for a small amount. Price was decent and got a fair value for trade-in. Customer service was helpful with the issues, and the transaction and delivery were very easy. The car interior could have been cleaner. The website was difficult to navigate and seemed to change throughout the process. One thing that would improve the experience is a person knowledgable about the car instead of chat bots. Would use again if more details provided up front and they improve upon the above mentions. Some headaches, but better than the dealership and overall content with the car and experience. More
If you want to skip reading the rest, my advice is DO NOT buy from Carvana. I liked the way you buy a car from Carvana, it is easy to order a car online and they bring it to you. But I had an awful experi buy from Carvana. I liked the way you buy a car from Carvana, it is easy to order a car online and they bring it to you. But I had an awful experience with Carvana and do not recommend it. First, when I got the car, there were major, long scratches with similar patterns on both sides of the car and on the mirrors. These scratches were not mentioned in their advertisement. They either intentionally hide it or something happened when the car was being delivered to me. Anyways, they told me that they will get these damages fixed through a contracted company, so I decided to keep the car. However, later, this contracted company initially rejected fixing most of these scratches. After several emails and phone calls back and forth between Carvana and the company, I got the scratches fixed in the end. This process took several hours from my time, and I did not have my car for four days. I was mad and very frustrated. Second, they were supposed to handle my car's registration and provide me the plates. They gave me a temporary plate which expired shortly after. I called them one month after I bought the car and realized they did not even start the registration of my car. They told me that I have to go to DMV and get another temporary plate. I did, but this was their responsibility but not mine. It took them approximately four months to send me the permanent plate. Again, I lost few hours on something that was not my responsibility. All these happened in the middle of a pandemic and after I started my new job. Being already very busy at work, my experience with Carvana caused a lot of stress and time. If you are thinking of buying from Carvana, hopefully, these provide you some insights into what you can potentially expect. More
