Excellent process start to finish. I was given top dollar for my trade in, far more than the local dealerships were offering. The 2017 BMW X3 I bought from Carvana was better than described on the we dollar for my trade in, far more than the local dealerships were offering. I loved the ease of searching for my ideal car, but a glitch caused my car to be sold to another, and I had to call (and then wait) to speak with an agent who ultimately found a solution which allowed me glitch caused my car to be sold to another, and I had to call (and then wait) to speak with an agent who ultimately found a solution which allowed me to get back the original car I was under contract with. And there's a referral program which I wasn't able to easily find, so I called again and was able to have $500 discounted from my purchase. And I did have to drive four hours to pick-up my car because there was no free delivery option in my area, and I didn't want to spend $499 for delivery. A friend was able to workaround this for his purchase by punching-in a delivery address within, I think, a 200 mile radius, which eliminated the delivery charge. But the latter didn't work for me. And as soon as I got my car home, I smelled coolant, and brought to a Jiffy Lube for a coolant check, and then determined that it was out of coolant, and also had a radiator leak. So now I'm scheduled to have a professional garage do a complete radiator/engine check next week. I'm hoping Carvana's service contract will cover this. If not for all of the above, obviously, my star rating would be much higher. More

The process of purchasing the vehicle and signing the papers was easy. However.... if you have a question or a problem the ONLY way you have to get in touch with Carvana is a phone number that begins wit papers was easy. However.... if you have a question or a problem the ONLY way you have to get in touch with Carvana is a phone number that begins with a recording saying you have over 30 minutes to be on hold. Even after I bought the vehicle and it didn’t “fit” me and I wanted to trade for another vehicle I couldn’t get in touch with anyone. I drove to Carvana, it was locked during business hours. Someone came out and said, “yeah, you need to call the number on your folder” More

I did everything online, from the purchase, to the trade in, to the financing. It was very easy and straightforward. I had to make a couple of calls to straighten minor issues out and the staff was always h in, to the financing. It was very easy and straightforward.
