Also one key fob was dead I got one on amazon no problem but would be nice when spending thousands to start out with usable fob it only cost 15.00 would have been classier if vehicle came with useable fob wouldn’t have taken much on your part. other than that love it and was easy love the vehicle and financing was great and easy More

Staff were excellent(!), no complaints. However there were a number of minor issues with the car itself. First, it was not "detailed" as promised. Yes, it was clean, but definitely not detailed - lots of were a number of minor issues with the car itself. First, it was not "detailed" as promised. Yes, it was clean, but definitely not detailed - lots of dirty spots inside and out, especially interior glass. It was not clear if the oil had been changed. Oil life was at 0%. I checked it, and it appeared new, but I wasn't sure. Also, there was a dead battery in one of the key fobs. Lastly, I keep getting texts, emails, robocalls from Carvana reminding me again and again that I need to get my vehicle registered. Yes - I know, Carvana, thank you very much - it takes time to schedule the required inspection in my state. Extremely annoying. More

Communication was bad. I filled out what I thought they needed. But still said they needed something. Wouldn't tell me what. till I called and waited 45 minutes to ask somebody. There was two or three times where I knew what I wanted but took a day or two for anyone to get back to me. By the time I picked out a car I could've went down the road and gotten one faster. More
