I had the choice of many cars and Carvana made it very easy to explore my options. I purchased an auto and it was exactly what they stated on their web site. The 7 day return policy allowed me to drive the auto and gave me the option of retuning it, no questions asked. I have kept the auto and love it. Dealing with the Carvana personnel was a pleasure. This is the way to sell and buy a used auto! More

Overall experience was good but the delays weren’t ideal. Customer service was really great and helpful but you had to call frequently for any progress on the vehicle. Have had my jeep grand cherokee for almost two weeks now. Overall the experience was pretty good. My delivery was cancelled twice due to some paperwork issues, but ended up not being a huge deal. There are some issues that I'm going to have to have a jeep dealership look at. My automatic wipers don't work at all unless I switch them to manual mode. The power steering pump also whines continuously. There is also a small tear in the leather on the driver's seat that was not shown in the pictures or listed as a blemish. I considered returning the vehicle, but overall I enjoy it and would have a hard time finding what I got at the price I paid. Hopefully the short warranty offered by carvana will cover the mechanicals... We will see. More
I hate buying cars, I would rather donate an organ than go to a car dealership! From being pre-approved for an auto loan, to finding a great car in my own time, to trading in my car, having the new/used c go to a car dealership! From being pre-approved for an auto loan, to finding a great car in my own time, to trading in my car, having the new/used car delivered and finally exchanging that car for a different one, my entire car buying experience has been wonderful with Carvana. I had an issue with the title to the first car I purchased, but customer service was great about notifying me, very apologetic and as accommodating as they could be within the Massachusetts guidelines. The first car that was delivered had a couple of issues and I had to swap it out for a different one. Again customer service was excellent. My car was delivered on the day after Christmas by a wonderful young man who answered all of my questions and even assured me that if I needed to swap it out again I could do so. I have told everyone I know about how great my experience was and will continue recommending it. When I need to purchase another car Carvana will be go to. Never again will I worry about going to a car dealership!! More

I was skeptical when I first heard of Carvana, but color me impressed! I was pleasantly surprised with the "real-person" phone assistance. I did have to drive 4.5 hours to pick up my car (I live in the boonies) and thought it seemed a bit odd to meet in a Walmart parking lot, but it was legit! Great in-person customer service as well. Completing the purchase was quick and easy. I wish I remembered the name of the employee we met with in St. Cloud, MN...maybe Derek? He was great. Definitely recommend Carvana. Loving my Ford Edge! The car is beautiful and the Las Vegas team handled my car very well. Only reason for the minus one star is because its was rescheduled multiple times due to a suspension issue that wasn't found during th car very well. This was the most frustrating, disappointing poorly handled deal I have made. It took months to make it happen! Most if not all your claims were bogus, as in delivery fees and service! Multiple contacts with people that had no clue about the automobile business or customer service. Apparently a cash corporate buyer is not your market. I will never do business with CARVANA again and will advise all I know to beware and stay away! More
