Second time buying a car from Carvana. First time was a great experience, almost two years ago. This time was very different: 1. During the ordering process they had some sort of a computer glitch, while great experience, almost two years ago. This time was very different: 1. During the ordering process they had some sort of a computer glitch, while we were trying to provide them with information on our insurance for the new car - the computer insisted we will be buying it for January 2099. It took multiple phone calls and emails to finally get somebody human to try and help us, and took about a week for them to succeed - delayed our purchase by a week. 2. Day of delivery arrives - we get a phone call, about 30 minutes after the end of delivery time window, from the driver that the car just had a flat tire and will therefore take longer to arrive. 3. The car we bought was from another state and so Carvana was supposed to register it in our state. It has been over a month already, no registration yet despite multiple phone calls by us and by our insurance company, and multiple promises of "our representative is going to the DMV personally tomorrow and will over-night everything to you". We cannot use the car any more, because it would be illegal and not covered by any insurance.. More

The search on Carvana was so simple and quick. After finding the car I wanted and loved, getting a trade in value was so easy and then the process from there was smooth. They are great with following up and making sure you are reaching their deadlines in order to have the vehicle delivered on time. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle through Carvana. It was a fast and easy process: I traded my old vehicle in and that price was applied to my down payment for the new one. It was delivered Carvana. It was a fast and easy process: I traded my old vehicle in and that price was applied to my down payment for the new one. It was delivered days later. The delivery driver was very nice and communicated with me throughout that day until my vehicle arrived. I test drove it while they inspected my trade in. I’ve had my new vehicle for a week now and with the exception of a few maintenance repairs (which my Carvana Care protection covered all repairs) and my car rides great. I am so happy that I chose Carvana! More
