It was a pretty stressful experience for me. Had to call almost everyday to straighten out an issue or follow up because someone was supposed to call me back and just never did. The car came with damage on it that was not in the listing. Presumably happened from when they listed to when I got it. They said they will cover it but it’s one more thing I have to now focus my energy on. My credit pull was way under my actual credit score. After several phone calls, each of which yielded different feedback, ranging from “there’s nothing we can do, you have to go call Experian”, to “we will do another soft pull” (which never seemed to have happened, this whole ordeal tired me out. In the end never got any resolution or a clear straight answer. They were supposed to bring the car with new plates, which didn’t happen. They transferred my old plates. I wanted to feel good about the whole experience but it wasn’t fun. Especially taking care of two young children and constantly being on the phone with Carvana. Not fun. the car itself is the only positive. We absolutely love it. More

I don’t usually provide reviews, but felt I needed to this time. I was disappointed with the process. The concept is great, but the execution is lacking. It took a month to actually receive the car. The car itself is great, but everything else was poor. The purchase process online was quick and it only took a few days to finalize the purchase. Then the waiting began. There was a “predelivery” inspection that took a week. Seems like that could have been done before listing the car. Then it took another week to find a 3rd party carrier. Then another week to receive the car. Updates were few and far between and sent via text with no way to ask questions. Questions sent via text received slow responses and not always with the information requested. I did actually call once and it took an hour wait to speak to someone. I was never at any time given a delivery date. The 3rd party delivery driver called 1.5 hours prior to delivery. I had no idea when the car was coming. After receiving the car, there was a lug nut missing from each wheel and the headrest for the rear center seat was missing. I reported this to Carvana via the text thread as was told to file a claim with their insurance carrier. I began receiving email and text messages to return the registration paperwork the day after receiving the car despite a “7 day” test drive. The registration paperwork arrived before the car. I never received a call or communication to confirm delivery and inquire if there were questions / problems. Carvana had my money for 3 weeks before receiving the car. I hope my experience is the exception, but I wouldn’t recommend Carvana to anyone else. More

Carvana really knows how to make you feel valued and provides outstanding customer service. The hand written thank you letter was very nice as well. Overall I love Carvana and don’t know if I would buy a vehicle anywhere else. y’all are awesome! More
I had the misfortune of attempting to buy a car from Carvana that was actually the model trim they were advertising. I urge you not to do business with them. In my instance, I saw a Carvana ad for Carvana that was actually the model trim they were advertising. I urge you not to do business with them. In my instance, I saw a Carvana ad for a Hyundai Equus Ultimate car at, what I thought was, a reasonable price. After submitting lots and lots of financial documents they delivered the car. That’s where the problems began… the car was actually an overpriced, low end Equus model and not the one that was advertised although it had the same VIN. I also checked the engine oil level and found it, what I thought was, about 2 quarts high! When I cleaned the dipstick to recheck, I noticed that the dipstick was burnt but was covered by the excessive amounts of oil in the engine. As this car takes nearly 8 quarts of oil, I guessed that an oil change shop only put 5 in and the engine was damaged. I can only imagine that the very high oil level on the dipstick hid the burn marks for a reason. Carvana claims a very thorough inspection, and although checking the oil level is the very first job a mechanic does, apparently it wasn’t or perhaps was! Then, being disgusted with Carvana, I asked them to remove all traces of my account, including financial and personal information. They refused, so when and if they are hacked my entire financial history will be stolen and a class action lawsuit will follow. So don’t do business with them. A disastrous experience. More

The only complaint I have is the vehicles get delivered not cleaned interior wise.... The cars should come detailed especially with COVID going around.
