Carvana appears to have posted a copy/paste generic answer! All I wanted is for them to remove all trace of my financial records. They refuse. I note that the same car is still on sale at Carvana, so my comments about the engine problems apparently have been ignored as it's the same price as before! What a waste of time dealing with this company.
