Going through Carvana was one of the easiest and convenient processes I’ve ever been through! Not having to deal with dealer haggling or being put into a car out of my price range was the best! I can't believe I purchased my 2017 Chevrolet Malibu without leaving my bedroom. The process is way easier than going to a dealership and waiting for hours to get a car. Seeing my car being delivered to without leaving my bedroom. The process is way easier than going to a dealership and waiting for hours to get a car. They put my car back on the market after I signed the contract. My bank was closed on the weekend, leaving minimal time to provide proof of my approved loan within their 72hr window. They didn’t call or contract. My bank was closed on the weekend, leaving minimal time to provide proof of my approved loan within their 72hr window. They didn’t call or email me at all, just put it back in the market with no regard. Meanwhile I was extremely active with obtaining the documents from my loan officer. That policy is extremely unfair and left a sour taste in my mouth. It should be updated to 72 business day hours, not actual hours. They should make a better effort to follow up before releasing it. Granted it would be easier if I financed through Carvana, but they offered me a lousy rate 4.7% with my credit in excellent standing, which is bogus. It was a pretty stressful process overall, no exaggeration. Not normally a complainer, but I wouldn’t suggest any friends or family go through this process. More
