The whole buying experience was pretty easy. The costumer service was great. Everyone I talk to was very helpful and friendly. With covid-19 it was the only way to buy a car. Now for the car it self. First thing that happen was the battery went dead on day seven. Thee year battery in a thee year old car. Guess it was due. I appreciate the new tires but they're inexpensive. Need to be balanced. Probable will replace at some point. It would improve the performance and comfort. The hood is not flush with the front fenders. Looks like the driver side front fender was repainted and the hood had some paint less dent removal. Carfax does catch everything. The interior is amazing!!! With all that said I love the car. It's a used car. I wasn't expecting perfection. I'm glad I bought the extended warranty. I would not hesitate to recommend Carvana and would use it in the future. More

I was approved within a week. I requested to have my car delivered at 9:30am on the morning of my birthday and it came about 9:50am. The two guys unloaded my car off the struck, I gave them requested docume delivered at 9:30am on the morning of my birthday and it came about 9:50am. They had a big “happy birthday tag” on the car and they had the inside filled with “happy birthday” balloons and a small gift. My whole experience was so diligent and carvana walks you through the entire process so you always know what to expect. Easier than buying a car on the streets. I am so happy with my new 2017 charger scar t pack!!! More

Car buying was easy the pros: they have cheaper vehicle pricing and more trade in value. The cons: very difficult to get on the phone with a real human for assistance you guys should work on that they most pricing and more trade in value. PROS- Using Carvana's site was easy and fun. They have many vehicles to choose from and do a fair job of photographing the cars. They point out most of the imperfections, not all of them with photos. It is nice to get a Carfax on each car and in some cases a copy of the manufactures sales sticker. The staff was very helpful answering questions. Communications on all paperwork and delivery was clear and easy to understand . They delivered my chosen car on time and the driver, McKenzie was great ! CONS- Here is the issue I have with Carvana . Their 150 point inspection of each car. My Mini Cooper Coupe JCW looked great ! It was raing the day of my delivery so I did not take it for a drive, just pulled it into my garage. The next day the sun came out and I took my ,new to me, car for a drive . Backing out of my driveway I heard a grinding sound from the wheels. I stopped and checked the wheels and tires. The brake pads were about gone and grinding grooves in the rotors, I also noticed that the tires were about shot, not much tread left. I made and appointment with a Mini Cooper Dealer for a complete car check. They said the brakes needed replaced and the tires only had about 2/32" tread left. Theses are all part of the supposed 150 point Carvana inspection. Carvana needs to do a better job inspecting their cars. I spoke with Silver Rock Services, who handle Carvana's warranty work and explained the issues. They spoke with my Mini Cooper dealer and agreed to pay to replace the brakes and tires. I would have given Carvana 5 stars except for the not so good 150 point inspection. More
