The ease of buying was very good. After receiving the vehicle was not so good. After driving the car for a few miles, I stopped by a friends house and when I left he called me and said I left a puddle of vehicle was not so good. So when I got home I checked it out and found the oil pan drain plug was leaking quite a bit of oil. Not good for just purchasing the vehicle. Had to use SilverRock to have the repairs done. Your inspection failed to find a very dirty air filter and the leak after changing the oil. Plus according to the company that did the repairs the oil was very dirty. Signaling that maybe the oil filter was not changed Silver Rock paid for the repairs but I paid for a proper oil and air filters change which cost me 260.00. Not expecting that kind of cost for a mistake made on your pre inspection. More

Repossed vehicle after 14 months of perfect payments claiming that an extra $5k downpayment was due. The Carvana buying process requires down payments to be collected prior to delivery. They require photos of both sides of certified cashiers check. They also record all conversations. The "online" contract virtually signed by me, now shows the more expensive downpayment. This is a predatory practice and definately not legal. They are holding my vehicle hostage. Please nobody ever buy from them. More

My Carvana dashboard isn't even clear what information is missing. In addition, the car I was sold is a 2019 Toyota Corolla, which is a relatively new car. The only thing I can do with the entertainment system is connect to my brand new Samsung phone to its bluetooth. All the other features cannot be used as the entertainment system demands an app be downloaded on my phone. When I attempted to download the Entune Suite 3.0 it demands, the play store let me know the app wasn't available in my country. So now I have this fancy but unusable entertainment system in my car. I can't use GPS, which is really frustrating, I have to use my cell phone. More

This was very easy and convenient- I do think it’s a little unclear that you have to submit insurance within 24 hours, I missed that note so had to redo everything. As advertised - they took care of the entire process, Delivered the new car, took my old one away, arranged for the Title and License Plates to be mailed to my house. Never had to leave my house. The car was exactly as pictured on-line so there were no surprises. All and all an excellent buying experience, especially in an industry not know for great experiences.
