Bottom line, if you need your car on a deadline, don't get your hopes up. My original pick-up appt was 'released' by their system the moment I told Carvana that I was changing from trading my vehicle and get your hopes up. My original pick-up appt was 'released' by their system the moment I told Carvana that I was changing from trading my vehicle and instead making a large downpayment (why did I change? b/c local dealer offered 10% more than Carvana for my used vehicle!). This appt issue happened while on the phone with their Underwriting group, and they were unable to get me back into my appt time (even though they saw the issue happen/tried to get the timeslot back). Other things to be aware of: they only allow 1 person on loans they offer, they say they're used to working with progressive insurance (which I already had) yet I ended up having to begin insuring the new car for a week before my pick-up date. Finally - I had 3 different instances of being told 'we've done X, you'll hear from someone' and (wait for it) I didn't get that call back. On the bright side, I got the vehicle I wanted at a good price and it was in the condition they advertised. Actual pick-up process took 5 minutes. More

The entire process was quick, easy and seamless. However, after I received the car I noticed small details that were not taken care of. One of the tires didn’t have enough air, as the alert came on. Also, the car was washed but the detailing wasn’t good. There were spots all over the glasses/windshield & the car was a little dirty. So I stopped at a store to buy car cleaning supplies and did it myself. Other than that, the process was easy. More

I have mixed emotions on my Carvana experience. I saw a car I liked so I called Customer Service to find out how the process worked. He was great & very informative. I did the deal online and all that was very smooth & easy. Car showed up on time & driver was great. That is when things really started to slip. The car was pretty dirty & the driver put in for a $100 credit on the spot. Almost 2 months later I still don't have the credit. They messed up my tag registration transfer. Several major things were wrong with car that were undisclosed (their insurance has covered) but still a pain & time consuming. More
This is our second purchase on Carvana. The process is easy and communication is great thought the entire process. Brought the BMW X5 directly to my mechanic who have it a 2 thumbs up!! Thanks Carvana for another amazing experience. More
