Better than the last time--if you are purchasing as a business a lot more difficult. Only 4 hours on the phone this time, multiple phone, calls, on hold, waiting to be transferred, etc. All of the staf business a lot more difficult. I have been looking for a Ford F-150 for about 3 months. I went to couple of dealerships in my area and again was very disappointed at being pressured to purchase that day and most of the time pressured to I went to couple of dealerships in my area and again was very disappointed at being pressured to purchase that day and most of the time pressured to purchase something that I did not want. If I did find anything close, the deal had to be that day or incentives will go away. I just don't like the pressure that goes along with dealerships. They always seem to bring out the manager at some point who gangs up on you with the salesman to sell you something that day. I usually leave disappointed. I decided to give Carvana a try and it was so much more comfortable. I watched the site for trucks for several weeks and found just what I wanted. The 7 day return policy made it easy for me to make decision. I took to my mechanic the first day and he went over it completely. It passed inspection and I have the truck I wanted. Color, engine, tow package etc. So yes, I give them 5 star. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and absolutely not pressure. Give it a try, I think you will agree. More

I visited 3 dealerships in pursuit of the vehicle I was interested in. The dealer fees are outrageous -Carvana NO FEES. The trade value from the 3 dealers was far below what I received from Carvana. ($3,000). The process was simple and professional. The vehicle was just as described and they even delivered it with a full tank of gas too. Financing was a little higher with Carvana but it made it easier too. The delivery was timely and smooth. I would not hesitate to recommend Carvana to anyone. More

Overall, this was a good car buying experience. My purchase is 100% complete and I have the registration, plates, and title to my new truck. I've driven it over 1000 miles without any issues. My only advice to Carvana would be to include undercarriage photos so we can inspect the chassis before delivery. The truck I got is 7 yrs. old and spent its life in the NE (I knew this by viewing the CarFax report). I was not at all surprised that it had some corrosion. It wasn't anything that a wire brush and a can of rust encapsulator couldn't fix. However, had I been able to inspect the undercarriage thoroughly before delivery I might have chosen to pay more for a truck with less corrosion. The registration process took a little longer than it should have because they wouldn't accept uploaded copies for the VIN inspection. I had to mail the original document. In the end, I got my registration, title and plates in about 6 weeks. Not bad considering the DMV shutdowns for COVID at the time. The Carvana experience is not perfect and there is a little room for improvement, but I would definitely recommend it and I would use it again. More
