I did find a real tiny spot (like a stone hit) on the windshield that I need repaired...reason for 4 stars. It can easily be missed, so I don’t think they would have deliberately sold it without repair if they noticed it. I highly recommend Carvana and would definitely do it again! More

The process was great. Only issues was that it was a bit too automated. I was In the phone with a Carvana representative working through an issue and my pick-up time was cancelled. I was skeptical at first about purchasing a car online before I could see it in person, but I'm glad I went through with it anyway. Easiest car buying experience I've ever had. It is a complicated part to install so I took the car to my local dealer where Carvana waived my deductible for the repair.
