We were supposed to pick up our first vehicle on a Saturday. We had to drive 4 hours to pick it up. We got a call saying the vehicle was broken into the night before and we could not pick it up afte Saturday. We had to drive 4 hours to pick it up. Turns out, they left the vehicle in an unsecured lot, and left it unlocked. Our inconvenience was due solely because of their neglect. Apparently multiple vehicles were broken into and stolen that same weekend. They did give us $250 for the trouble and helped us find another vehicle (different color and wheels) with mostly the same features. I will say this though, there pictures can be deceiving. When we arrived it was clear the vehicle had been re-painted and was not taped off properly as there was overspray on some of the trim. There were also a couple of major imperfections that were not addressed in the vehicle photos. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle without first inspecting. More
Very convenient, but lazy preparation and BS customer service. Ordering and receiving the vehicle was easy. It arrived on time. My wife drove it to an appointment on the first day, and when the windshield got muddy, she tried to use the wiper fluid. There was none, creating a dangerous situation for my wife. When she returned, I looked at the engine and there was also no anti-freeze. Obviously, since the engine did not have these fluids which are readily visible from a quick glance, we did not have confidence in the inspection and preparation. Using their warranty partner, we could not schedule a mechanic to inspect it before the end of the seven-day window. Though Carvana was clearly at fault and created a dangerous situation, they offered only a one-day extension on the seven-day return policy. Since we cannot drive it until the end of that policy, it is essentially useless. To get a full inspection by a private mechanic in a timely manner, it is $100. I'm essentially being penalized for their negligence. More
The experience was fun but I had a problem with the first car on the 7th day the check engine light came on so I had to return it for another which was missing parts and their response was it does not normal car on the 7th day the check engine light came on so I had to return it for another which was missing parts and their response was it does not normally happen we could either take from the other vehicle if it had the missing parts which it didn't or they could send us a check for $250 when the original part was $465 but since they already spoke he could not call back to get or work on the cost! The recommendation was to drive the car for 7 days and return if I was that unhappy from the missing part (roof rack). I have now had my car for 7 days and got another engine light. Process is easy but cars and customer service is iffy. More

I entered my variables like year, millage, color, price and it narrowed my choices to a selected few. That's when I found the perfect vehicle it was that easy. Once I selected the vehicle I entered my trade and just a few questions and I received a great offer, like I said I did my research. I accepted the offer applied it to my purchase and went through their finance team. That process took about ten minutes and I received the exact deal and payment I wanted. I then set a delivery time and I was done. Carvana kept in contact with me all the way up to the day of delivery. When the driver arrived and my new car sitting high on his truck as he pulled up to me was a fun and happy moment. The driver was very nice and knowledgeable and explained everything we needed to know about the car and delivery. Even though I bought a vehicle only seeing pictures Carvana gives you seven day's money back guarantee which allows you to drive it and decide if it is the one if not return it for a full refund or choose a different car either way you win. To some this experience up is simple first I was in control. No high pressure salesman or back and forth negotiations. No surprises no extra fees no hassle. For me I am completely satisfied and happy with Carvana I will buy from Carvana again not only because it was easy fun and no pressure but because they have a large inventory of quality vehicles. It goes without saying I would recommend Carvana to everyone wanting a new vehicle you won't regret it. Thanks Carvana You Rock!!!! More
