The Absolute Best decision ever!!! I was skeptical at 1st, but without a doubt the easiest process I have ever done. I would like to give this dealership a better score but there seems to be a problem with their inspection process. Items were missed in both vehicles we purchased here. First, our truck - did not have current oil change as noted. Oil life was down to 27% immediately after purchase. Second, this purchase, Cadillac XT5 - our advocate at pickup noted the windshield washer fluid was reported low and he checked it. The 2nd day of ownership, the notice came on again and we started the process through warranty to have it checked. A sensor was bad and we are waiting till the trial period is over to actually get it fixed. It’s not something to make me return the car but does make me irritated with Carvana for not taking time to correct this before our pick up day (which was over a week after completing the purchase documents online.) This was my first time purchasing with Carvanna. I really liked the user interface and ease of use for searching for used vehicles however I am overall disappointed with the experience. Pros: 1. Generally better pricing than competitors 4. Presales team is responsive and great Cons: 1. Vehicle arrived as incorrect color after triple checking prior to delivery 2. Post sales team was largely clueless and ineffective (1.5 hour wait times on the phone) 3. Car arrived with a severely damaged tire and in need of alignment (my trusted mechanic told me not to drive on it) 4. Still under warranty, I filed a claim with Carvanna and their third party repair service and found that their "mechanic network" consisted mostly of local pep boys. 5. The approval of the inspection from the silver rock took over 24 hours essentially leaving me without a car for a few days. 5. When I asked if they would reimburse me for ubers taken while my car was not driveable they declined and said, "we can't do that" (happy Thanksgiving, right?) Tldr: in the end I ended up keeping the vehicle due to my financing and the cars mechanical condition. Presale = 5 stars Postsale = 2 stars Think long and hard before you use this service. You may be better off paying the extra 1-3k at carmax or a cpo vehicle at a dealer. All in all would not recommend More

We were supposed to pick up our first vehicle on a Saturday. We had to drive 4 hours to pick it up. We got a call saying the vehicle was broken into the night before and we could not pick it up afte Saturday. We had to drive 4 hours to pick it up. We got a call saying the vehicle was broken into the night before and we could not pick it up after already driving 2 hours. Turns out, they left the vehicle in an unsecured lot, and left it unlocked. Our inconvenience was due solely because of their neglect. Apparently multiple vehicles were broken into and stolen that same weekend. They did give us $250 for the trouble and helped us find another vehicle (different color and wheels) with mostly the same features. I will say this though, there pictures can be deceiving. When we arrived it was clear the vehicle had been re-painted and was not taped off properly as there was overspray on some of the trim. There were also a couple of major imperfections that were not addressed in the vehicle photos. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle without first inspecting. More
