The car was delivered in the same condition as quoted on the website, and delivery was hassle-free, delivered to my home, and the delivery rep Bryan was helpful and patient. I was nervous about buying a car this way, and yet it turned out wonderfully. I just received my license plates today, only a few weeks after my 7 day trial period ended. I highly recommend Carvana. More
WORST COMPANY I have ever dealt with!!!! They misrepresented the interior damages and I have a window motor that is going bad. They offered no compensation and there was no inventory in the 7 day period to send it back so I would not have had a car. They offered to send me to Silver Rock to see what can be fixed; however, Silver Rock does not see the window listed and now Carvana will not respond to my messages. I guess since I became the owner at 05:30 pm yesterday, now they do not care what happens. As a side note, they sent me a gift of a broken cup and bent sunglasses that went in the trash because they were unusable as they were broken. My car also arrived poorly cleaned with dirt, glitter, and some brown liquid dripping down the back of 3rd row. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. More
The local team (Austin) did a great job. Everything went according to plan. In fact, the car ended up being available sooner than the date that was quoted on the site upon purchase. Only issues with the car were that it had more blemishes, scratches and dings than were shown on the website (black car, so understood, somewhat), and the state of the proximity keys that were delivered with the vehicle. I get that Carvana doesn't want to erode its margins by spending money on replacing keys or reprogramming them. But I got one native (Chevy) key that doesn't match to any driver number, and one GMC key that looks like it went through the invasion of Normandy. It's Driver One, and I finally got it to work, but could ya spare it? It might be better to get the keys right and build that into the price. That said, the value of NOT having to sit in the finance guy's cubicle and parry multiple attempts to expand the sale is hard to overstate. More

All that I contacted for these weeks were exceptional at providing feedback as to the status of the vehicle. I want to give a special thanks to CeCe who was our first advocate was awesome at trying to deliver the vehicle and keeping us informed during the next few weeks. Ganesh was excellent during the final delivery. It went flawlessly. Working with Carvana was a new experience at buying a vehicle, and as long as Caravana exists I hope never purchase a vehicle in a showroom floor again. Again, thank you to all!! More
The customer advocates are extremely professional to handle the difficult situations. Charity she was very supportive and kind until she made it happen until the day of delivery. In start when they missed my first delivery I thought its a waste of time to buy online. But charity she managed it so professionally that i will never go to any dealerships. Needs a bit improvement in there inspections department and inventory. The best part of Carvana is there customer advocates, they are so helpful and persistent to there work. More
Carvana I'm having a pretty terrible buying experience right now. I purchased a vehicle that was supposed to be delivered tomorrow so we could go visit family for Thanksgiving. Buying a truck from Carvana is a breeze, even for an old fart like me. They delivered to me and picked up my trade in at the same time. The delivery driver was courteous. However I did find a few small things wrong with the truck. It was missing a lug nut and front license plate bracket. One of the rear license plate lights was out. So much for 150 point inspection. The overall experience of shopping for a car online was nice. Found the car we wanted and had it delivered. The vehicle was damaged during transportation / loading. The delivery driver informed us that it was already set up with claims , and they were going to take care of it. You have 7 days to decide if the car is what you want, that part is nice as well. We opted to keep the car but it still needed to be repaired, so we were without the car we just purchased for a week. Now we could have rented a car but would of have had to pay for it and then only reimbursed $40 a day for a rental ( Again chose to save myself some money and Carvana, by not getting a rental) the repairs took a week. In total it took exactly one month to get everything done , Carvana did take care of paying for the repairs, but..... That delivery cost $500 / only for me to take to the repair shop, leaves me scratching my head. Bottom line, I can't really say that it's been convenient. More
