Car was damaged by delivery, arrived 1 hour late. Had to take the car to repair facility that was 1 hour away for estimate. NOT HAPPY!!! My recommendation to Carvana, if you damage a car, fix it before deli take the car to repair facility that was 1 hour away for estimate. NOT HAPPY!!! Fast delivery. The car is nice. I did take it to the dealership to get it checked out and they found $3500 worth of repairs. The 90 day warranty covered it and it’s good to go now. Repairs took a month because it took 2 weeks to get it approved. Other than that I love my car and I would buy from them again. More

We even had a minor service concern during our first seven days and had the chance to experience the service warranty process. We were treated with respect, professionalism and decency at every turn. So, even though we are senior citizens, the Carvana process totally won us over. And our vehicle is great so far (aside from the issue referenced above). We are enjoying our vehicle so much already. When the COVID19 pandemic is over,, we hope for some road trips thanks to Carvana. More
