At first, I was really skeptical of ordering a car online, sight unseen. But these guys made it ridiculously easy. My Kia was delayed by a few days because of a hurricane (oops), but they couldn't have been more gracious about it. The absolutely lovely person who delivered my car (thank you, Jeff!) explained everything right there, with mask and gloves on, and didn't pack up to leave until I'd done my test drive and all was well. I was in need of two vehicles. a truck for business and a personal vehicle. Carvana had no trucks available that fit my needs so I found one at another dealer. I demanded that they provide "carvana-esque" service so they drove it out to me after I gave them a deposit. check engine light was on and other problems so they took it back. two days later I ordered a seperate personal vehicle from carvana.... delivered to my front door, immaculate condition, clean, no problems and delivered two days after ordering. The "normal dealer", after three weeks, still hasn't repaired the truck and still has my deposit. This is my fourth vehicle from Carvana and they have delivered exactly as described every single time! If they could keep trucks in stock I would have already bought it from them! More
