I am sorry you could not locate my account as I have purchased two vehicles from you in the last 6 weeks. Your customer service issues did not become apparent until after we bought the second vehicle. It is useless to call or use the chat. The wait on the chat was 14 hours, then I replied in 6 minutes and then nothing. I had to start the process all over again. This is a huge glaring issue you have and I feel that recommending your company would be a huge mistake at this time. I understand COVID has affected us all. That being said you should be more equipped to handle it than many brick and mortar dealerships as you are accustomed to doing everything online. Please feel free to reach out to me, I have been messaging someone to call me for days and nothing. It’s like you don’t know what a phone is. It’s all digital for you guys, when a simple phone call could probably resolve most of the issues. Other than your blaming your third party vendors for the delays. Take ownership and responsibility for all aspects of the business. It’s your name on the line not your unknown third party vendors. Jean Plank

Overall good experience. But customer service is a pain. Not being able to reach a human except for by the 1800 number is very annoying. And the online chat robot is useless. Not sure id use Carvana again. More
