Their upfront sales and delivery are outstanding. They fall off to non existent after delivery and it is next to impossible to talk to anyone. Overall good experience. But customer service is a pain. Not being able to reach a human except for by the 1800 number is very annoying. And the online chat robot is useless. Carvana markets themselves as a digital dealer, but it's still a largely manual process. The tech was glitchy at best, the chatbot was annoying and unhelpful, and the process was pretty opaque. I haven't bought a car in 10 years and that was in a different state, so I would have appreciated a more process-oriented approach. Also, you better be ON TOP OF THINGS because the email deadlines Carvana sends before they release the car or bump your appointment actually end early. Car delivery was pushed twice and then arrived pretty late, but the *people* at Carvana (assuming you can get to them) were wonderful. AND they go to the DMV for you -- like physically to the DMV. Love it. My registration specialist, Ruby, was communicative and so helpful, even when there were some hiccups. And the guy who delivered the car called and texted when he was on his way and kept me updated on his ETA. The car (a plug-in hybrid) was delivered without a charger, but it arrived next day, and had a few additional scratches which we could get buffed out but whatever. Look, it's still buying a car and it's still a dealer. It's not a tech company -- but the people were pretty wonderful. The best perks for me were: Not having to go to the DMV, and full transparency about the final cost. Also got $500 off with a referral bonus (which they don't advertise, but ask about it!). It wasn't all rainbows and butterflies, but I think Carvana is likely the best option out there. More

Carvana sold me a 2018 Toyota Camry XSE. To my surprise, they were the best price in the market for that specific car model, year, and trim. Although the financing was much higher than my local bank, they w they were the best price in the market for that specific car model, year, and trim. Although the financing was much higher than my local bank, they were quite simple to work with and were always friendly and knowledgable. When the car was delivered it was clear the tires were completely shot. Carvana (Silver Rock) completely paid for new tires and made the situation right again. To sing higher praises of this company would be impossible. I could not be more bullish on my recommendation of this fine company. More
Not really impressed. The first vehicle reeked of smoking and was returned. We accepted the second on but it needed work (AC and Heat were inoperative, charging port inoperative) which requires my time to c and was returned.
