I had a good car buying experience. The model I was looking for (FIAT 500X with a manual transmission) is a bit of a unicorn so I was pleased to be able to find a clean, low mileage example through CAR looking for (FIAT 500X with a manual transmission) is a bit of a unicorn so I was pleased to be able to find a clean, low mileage example through CARVANA. Customer service was excellent throughout the process. I live outside the allowed delivery radius and the sales staff worked with me on the lowest cost delivery method. The car was exactly as presented on-line and in the 150 or so miles I've driven it there are no problems. The non-negotiable price was higher than NADA and Kelly Blue Book ranges, but there was also no dealer fee, and the car comes with a limited warranty which is long enough to discover if there are any serious problems. All in all, I am very satisfied with the purchase and the purchase process through CARVANA. More

Our overall sale and trade experience were very good and we would use Carvana again in the future. My only complaint would be the cleanliness of the cars windshield and windows on delivery. The inside of the windows were smeared and the windshield had a very sticky substance I needed a razor blade to remove. At first it appeared the inside of the entire windshield had overspray of an Armor All type substance but frankly really not sure what it was as it took several attempts to get it good and clean. Whoever did the interior detail obviously did not clean the interior of the windshield and did not do a great job on the windows either. More
My second Carvana experience was even better than the 1st! Scott, my delivery driver, went above and beyond to make our surprise delivery perfect! Honest to God experience: my daughter is turning 16 and we were looking for a great used car. She found one on Carvana and texted me the link. I had never used you before but thought I would check y’all o we were looking for a great used car. She found one on Carvana and texted me the link. Saw the car and loved it, knew if I wanted to try it out and bring it back within 7 days I could, so I said, “Why not, let’s see how easy this really is.” In 45min, without ever standing up or taking my feet off of the ottoman, I had gotten a quote on my car trade in, accepted it ($800 better than my best offer at a dealership), selected the car, was approved for financing, took pictures of my license and car title, and was tentatively finished (pending review of my document upload). This was at 9:00pm on a Saturday night... while watching college football. Never. Left. The. Couch. Next morning, received a call that the documents had been approved and I picked my car up on Wednesday. Could not believe it; thought the pickup would be where the glitches came. Nope. They called me early and said if I wanted to come in early I could. Showed up 2 hrs ahead of time and before my wife could clean out our old car, I had keys in my hand to leave. No lie; I had to wait on my wife. We were in and out in maybe 15min. Maybe. I’ll never shop for cars another way agin. I really won’t. Could not believe it. True story More

The car I wanted was very specific, and new ones only came up 1-2 each week, so I was checking a lot, but when it was right, it was right! The advocates were honestly great customer service folx, which you don't get to say all the time nowadays. My two suggestions: 1) Send an email on Day 6 that says, "hey, your 7 day guarantee is almost up. Do you love your car? Click here to tell us you're keeping it, and we'll send you a little gift!" I know the whole point of money back guarantees is don't remind people and most people forget, but I think you could stay on brand with the helpfulness and thoroughness with such an email, and it wouldn't change the number of folx who send the car back. 2) After I kept my car, I got a message about missing paperwork, including "missing security agreement form from third party lien holder". I looked everywhere for what this is, asked my bank, called advocates, everything. Went back and forth for days. Turns out it's just the loan agreement I already had on file. I think adding a little FAQ or explanation for each missing document to avoid this confusion could be a nice addition. Hope these suggestions help, you all asked for feedback, which is one more reason I give you 5 stars! More
