Overall a great experience but some hiccups that needed to be fixed. I loved being able to buy online, have it delivered, and be done. However, the car came with some issues with the car that were not disc to be fixed. I loved being able to buy online, have it delivered, and be done. However, the car came with some issues with the car that were not disclosed in the listing. They werent major but big enough to make me reconsider if i wanted to keep it. The car also came with 3400 more miles than the listing said. But my biggest gripe is given this was my first time buying with carvana and wanting to talk to someone, i tried calling into customer service then day after getting the car and was on hold for 8+ hours and still wasnt able to get ahold of anyone. I had to call back the next day to get ahold of anyone. Once I was able to to get ahold of a person everything was taken care of and all of my questions answered. Overall a good experience and felt like I got a quality car with no mechanical issues. My only complaint was the frustration of trying to get ahold of someone. More

THis was the first time I bought a car without paying in cash outright, and everything went extremely smoothly. Its a little strange buying a car online, but there is a forgiving 7 day trial period and the cash outright, and everything went extremely smoothly. I had one or two spot on the car they didn't catch (nothing major at all, just minor paint chips. One of the spots they highlighted really isn't anything at all either. I really liked not having to go anywhere to shop for a car. I had all the information about the cars I was looking for that I needed which was great. I originally purchased a Mazda3 hatchback. All the employees were so pleasant to deal with. I was updated constantly about the progress of my delivery, and even though there was a delay because of technical issues at the vending machine, I was updated regularly and Carvana kept me in the loop at all times. I had plenty of time to have the car inspected, which I did and it was in great shape. I ended up switching for another car and that process was really easy. I got the second car delivered and the old car was taken away. Again, I had my seven day trial period where I took the car for inspection and it was in great condition as well. All around good experience. I highly recommend Carvana. More
