There were a few bumps in the beginning which would have me reconsider if I will do a pickup again rather than a delivery. Otherwise, customer service was great. Pickup experience was great. Love the car. G me reconsider if I will do a pickup again rather than a delivery. Otherwise, customer service was great. Pickup experience was great. Love the car. Got exactly what I wanted. More
It's been a mixed bag Carvana. I did like the feature of reserving a car in advance. That was great! What wasn't so great was that it was delayed a few weeks after the date I was supposed to be able to view reserving a car in advance. That was great! What wasn't so great was that it was delayed a few weeks after the date I was supposed to be able to view my car. I did get a few emails saying it would be delayed, but it would be helpful if in the future if you tell people why. I know part of it is Covid related, but I did reserve a car before the one I purchased two weeks before (in Covid time too) and it was on schedule for the preview. If you don't tell people what's happening, I'm assuming that something may be wrong with the car. Is it? So I tried to investigate. I used the chat feature to try and get some answers. But your bot "Sebastian" was not very helpful. So yes, eventually I did get to preview. And I scheduled a drop off. Harrison, the helpful guy that dropped off the car went out of his way to fix a tire valve issue on a Saturday. I really appreciated that. The drop off was seamless and Harrison was extra careful about sanitizing the car. After he left, there were a few things about the car that needed some attention. So I tried to contact SIlverock, your warranty service. I have to say, it kind of feels like you are dumping people off on someone else with this arrangement. When I explained the issues, SIlverock was trying to figure out if it was under their warranty or MINI's warranty. I have to tell you, I have zero time to work for you all on this as the suggestion was to go to one repair facility about 45 minutes away and wait for an hour and then go to the dealer, another hour away and then have them look at it. I was still under your 7 day trial. I technically don't own the car. But yet, here I am, caught in the middle of who isn't responsible for what. After some major grumbling on my part, Silverock waived the initial repair facility and said I could go right to the dealership. It was an ok solution, but again, where are you Carvana? So I called and waited over an hour on hold to get a real live person that wasn't "Sebastian". Carvana also tried to help with the dealer solution. Not perfect, but doable. On another note, I keep getting notices that I owe Carvana my signed power of attorney. I get notices everyday. I sent it in over a week ago as requested. But yet it sits in someone's inbox. I know because I waited another half hour on hold to let Carvana know I sent it in. (I was wise enough to not even deal with "Sebastian" at this point) So in the end, do I like my car? Yes. But it was kind dirty when I got it and I could tell the previous owner had a dog. And I had to pull a favor with a local mechanic to fix the light situation that I didn't have three hours to go fix. Would I recommend you to someone else? Maybe. I tend to think I had a run of bad luck with my situation. But the net net is that your people are really nice. It is just extremely time consuming to get in touch with a real human. You have a streamlined process, but it doesn't seem like everyone is communicating. And maybe one day you'll acknowledge you have my forms... More
Easiest way to buy a car. Great cars, low pricing, good financing. My car was delivered to my home and the carvana team kept in touch with me via text message through the whole process. I have to say that this was one of the easiest and best car buying experiences I have ever had. The total process once I decided on a vehicle took approximately an hour. Then the day I received my vehicle car buying experiences I have ever had. The total process once I decided on a vehicle took approximately an hour. Then the day I received my vehicle it took maybe 30 minutes to finish up paperwork and officially take ownership. The only thing I was a little disappointed in was that the vehicle wasn’t cleaned before delivery. It looked like a substance was sprayed all over the interior but not even wiped down. I’m assuming it may have been sanitizer or something. Other then that there wasn’t even a vacuum done. I almost called but chose just to detail it myself. I feel like when purchasing a vehicle you should never receive it less then clean and ready for you. That truly was the only con I can think of though. More

I had a very good experience ordering my car through Carvana. It was so refreshing to sit in my living room to buy a car. The whole process took about an hour compared to going to a dealership and was Carvana. It was so refreshing to sit in my living room to buy a car. The whole process took about an hour compared to going to a dealership and waste a whole day haggling over the price of the car and your trade-in and the worst part.... dealing with the finance person who is trying to sell you all the add on crap that only goes to the dealerships bottom line. There was some back and forth with paperwork (ie taking pictures of registration, title and such) but it wasn't a hassle. I would say the only thing that bothered me about the whole process was Carvana requires the vehicle your purchasing to be insured three days before delivery. So if your transferring plates to the new car AND your still driving your trade-in as your daily driver, that can be an issue... especially in NYS. I got my car delivered on a Sunday and the insurance become effective Friday night, so no big deal on my part but it's something to consider. The delivery of the vehicle went very smooth. The driver was very friendly and knowledgeable. I got in the my new car for a test drive and when I come back, he already had my trade loaded on the transport. I just had to sign a few more documents and he was on his way. I would most certainly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Carvana to my friends and family. I hope to never visit a bricks and mortar dealership again to buy a car. Oh, and I forgot to mention they gave me a great price for my trade in. It was more than I expected and that made purchasing the new car a lot easier. Thanks Carvana! More

Overall I would say an in person dealership would be better. It took almost three weeks to be able to pick up the car. Starting off, I had to get a payoff letter and was given two hours to complete this better. It took almost three weeks to be able to pick up the car. Starting off, I had to get a payoff letter and was given two hours to complete this on a holiday. Had to call to get an extension on this, and other documents could not get processed until this was complete. An in person dealer could have knocked this out the same day, and the price was similar to dealers in the same driving distance from my house. Picking up the vehicle was fine. I was in and out within 15 minutes of the process starting. The vehicle was being cleaned when I arrived which should have been a red flag that it was not cleaned before. Sure enough when I finally got home and really looked through, I found a dirty face mask, bugles chip under the drivers seat (along with crumbs), and a piece of fried food in a tray in the back seat that clearly never saw a vacuum. When I left a FB review Carvana eventually emailed me to say they are sending me $100 to get the car detailed, which I'm still waiting on. More
