The process is so easy. I traded in a car and the price given was great. I felt everything was fair. I am glad they give you 7 days to review the car so you dont feel rushed. The reason I did not give 5 stars was that the BMW i3 I bought was not charged when delivered and whoever did the oil change service beforehand did not put the oil fill cap back on the engine. It’s a good thing I knew what to look for. My test drive could only be a few miles due to the battery being so depleted. My delivery guy Brandon was awesome. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Glad there are people like him out there providing great customer service. Speaking of which, I had to call Carvana with a question on the car before I bought it and they took the time to go out of their way to answer it. When they say they will call you back, they will. Great job guys just watch who does your service. I will be recommending you all. More

There was a learning curve in the beginning, since most of our interactions with Carvana employees were online or over the phone, and Carvana's paperwork process is different than what I experienced at a traditional car dealership. But once we got over that, it was fairly easy. More

After Tracy made contact w/me it went a lot smoother. I wish you could be assigned to (1) specific person that you could email directly w/ questions if needed. Tracy prevented me from discontinuing my sale with her pleasant, friendly personality and providing her email to me for customer service! Largely displeased with Carvana, particularly as a buyer in Massachusetts. I was forced to babysit the process for Carvana and dealt with numerous delays. Couldn't get Carvana to talk to Progressive (when they're supposedly partners?). Carvana never sent return fax information (I was told this was a regular recurrence). After going back and forth between Carvana and Progressive 8 times (literally 8), I finished my paperwork to "guarantee" my delivery, only to then find out 20 hrs before I was scheduled to receive my car that it was going to be delayed a week + because of a title issue they never communicated. They didn't offer to cut the delivery fee or reimburse me for rental car expenses, even when I asked. I literally had to call them every single to day to make sure they were doing their job; took me 4 days to talk to someone who knew what they were doing and even then, there was nothing they could do to help. Car's great but the process sucks. Promises and guarantees need better follow up. Mistakes ought to be owned up to and made right to customer. More
