Buying a car from Carvana has been THE BEST experience I have ever had! I felt informed and confident in my purchase. I chose to have my car delivered and my kids really enjoyed watching the real time map o have ever had! I felt informed and confident in my purchase. Our delivery driver was just about to off-load the car when she realized she had left the keys at the office, luckily it was just five minutes away and she quickly returned with my new to me Mini Cooper Countryman! I would put no fault to her since we are all human, and she returned with a little bucket of goodies for the kids! I highly recommend anyone and everyone to shop and buy from Carvana, and have already bragged greatly to my family and friends! More

From multiple administrative errors in my paperwork to misleading car description to an inability to speak with a physical customer advocate for assistance to a late delivery with no advance notice...this is NOT the “no hassle” process that is advertised by Carvana. Each time I attempted to contact them, I had greater than 60 minutes hold time and was disconnected twice. This is one of the most frustrating and non-customer oriented businesses I have encountered. I am not happy with this company and will not recommend or do business with them in the future. More
To be honest I chose carvana because a friend recommended. Although I love my car, the process was a headache from start to finish. For the most part, the process of purchasing through Carvana was quick and easy. The price was competitive and, paired with the trade-in offer, it was a far better deal than I was getting at the local level. The only issues I had, which are why I deducted a star, were after I started the purchase process. I had to call their customer service line several times and each time it took 45+ minutes because of wait times. The advocates were very friendly and helpful once I was able to get through to someone, though! I did third party financing which did create some issues with the initial purchase because I had to facilitate the loan funding to Carvana before the purchase was complete. There were also a few delays in getting the car delivered which meant it took 2 weeks from the date I started the purchase until the car was in my driveway. Overall the process was straight forward, the deal was competitive, and the car was exactly what I expected. More
