This was a huge learning experience for me. Carvana was very easy to navigate and had a decent selection of vehicles available. The folks who delivered the cars were very friendly and accomodating. They answered all of my questions and provided guidance throughout the entire process. I wound up exchanging the first vehicle in on a different one. The first car was a very easy deal, the second one however was a little more involved. There was a delay in delivery, but Carvana helped me out tremendously while waiting. The only thing I had an issue with was the second car had a dome light out. While I know this is considered regular maintenance in a vehicle, the car is only one year old and had an inspection prior to delivery. So I found this to me a little strange. But overall this was a great experience and I would definitely repeat and recommend this method to family and friends. More

My Carvana experience was an absolute pleasure from searching for the specific vehicle to picking it up, meeting my advocate and bringing it home. However, I have found nothing and I mean NOTHING g searching for the specific vehicle to picking it up, meeting my advocate and bringing it home. However, I have found nothing and I mean NOTHING good about their choice of partner for the extended warranty, SilverRock. It was an odd experience taking my car in for an inspection to their preferred shop and them specifically saying they do not want business with SilverRock. Fortunately, my car is fine but if I need maintenance done under what's covered on the purchased warranty, I worry. Absolutely EXHAUST your resources during your 7 day trial. I hope this issue is resolved. I will be cancelling that warranty extension. More
