I love the feature that you can see your payment and "choice" of down-payment right on the screen for each vehicle. There wasn't any tricks when completing the finance addendums. Shortly after my selection of vehicle I received the Congratulations phone call. My car was then delivered the next day on-time as scheduled, Chuck my delivery personnel actually waited patiently for my arrival. Chuck is just an awesome representative of Carvana. Chuck represented the company as if he was the President of Carvana. Upon delivery of new ride, he did a final look over of vehicle, showed me a few key features, and took pic of insurance, Chuck then waited patiently for me to complete my test drive, asked if I'm satisfied with everything so far, the final step was my key the explaining of the buyers tag. I got my suv jeep and the same day it would not start up again. Took had.it towed to the shop and still having issues with it but they won't take it back because the 7 day warranty is up by 2 days because i again. Great experience! Was super-easy to shop and compare cars. The car was in excellent condition. The online assistant was helpful somewhat. Carvana sold me a 2017 Mazda CX 5 without aircon (condenser broken), so I don't have much faith in their inspection process. It is in warranty, but the first four Carvana approved mechanics couldn't (condenser broken), so I don't have much faith in their inspection process. It is in warranty, but the first four Carvana approved mechanics couldn't fix it, meaning that I had to drive 60 miles to get Mazda to take a look (and another 60 miles back to fix it because they didn't have the part on hand). So I've had a black car with black leather seats in summer in Tennessee with no AC for more than a week now and counting. That, plus the many hours to sort this out, has taken the joy out of the car buying process and makes me wish I had just got a used car from a Mazda dealership in the first place. Sure, Carvana's got the throughput of vehicles so that you can find what you want, and their prices are decent, but their after-sales customer service is lacking - I've yet to speak to an actual person from Carvana on this. They just route you to a mechanic or their website. More
