They deliver my car yesterday 09/07/2020. I took it for a pre purchase inspection and there was $1900 worth of mechanical issues with the car also $3600 worth of cosmetic issues they did not disclose. They do not do there 150 point inspection like they say they do. The bolts for the oil pan where not even secured all the oils drained out of the dang gum car. This is absolutely crazy car needs brakes rotors all kinds of work bad cabin air More

Carvana website stated my vehicle has a surround view camera and it came with only rear. I already spent money to inspect the car so I don’t want to return it. I purposely look for a surround view. Overall, my experience with Carvana was a good one! The only reason I did not give them 5/5 stars is that the information that they originally provided online about the truck that I purchased was incorrect only reason I did not give them 5/5 stars is that the information that they originally provided online about the truck that I purchased was incorrect. Originally, it was listed with a 6 1/2ft bed when it was really a 5 1/2ft bed. If you choose to purchase through Carvana, I would advise running the VIN through a VIN reader to double-check that the information listed online is indeed correct. More

Literally one of the easiest experiences I’ve had... doing ANYTHING!! The day my car came, I test drive it and signed the paperwork in like 1 hour tops.
