We were able to turn a 2013 vehicle in that hadn’t been looked at well underneath, but there was too much rust damage. We found another vehicle and they made the swap very easy and smooth. Avoid carvana at all cost. I found a mazda 6 for a reasonable price so i decided to give them a try. I purchase the car and they call me 6 hours before my pickup and reschedule 3 days out, again 3 day reasonable price so i decided to give them a try. I purchase the car and they call me 6 hours before my pickup and reschedule 3 days out, again 3 days later they call me a again and reschedule my delivery. 6 days past delivery they finally have my car ready and I go in to pick it up. The inside of the car was very dirty. The next morning I take it into the Mazda dealer for a pre-purchase inspection and they find over $900 worth of issues. It needed new rear brakes and rotors, the carbon air filter was nasty, the center console arm rest was broken and needed to be replaced, and it needed and alignment. All things that should have been caught by carvanas xx 150 point inspection. I call silverrock and report what the mazda dealer found and they refused to cover the cost because it is "normal wear and tear". I was pissed. I called carvana and spent an hour and a half on hold to speak to someone. When i got them on the phone i said i wanted to return the car, they promised to fix the issues with the car if i kept it. The next day i get a call from silverrock saying they would now pay to correct the issues. They called my dealer and tried to haggle the price of the car repairs and tried to convince the dealer to use "the cheapest parts possible". I was in the room and the dealer had him on speaker phone. This company is such a xxxx show and I will never do business with them again. More
This was the best way to buy a car. Didn't have to leave my house. Everything was 1,2,3, and the photos you took were awesome. Great detail. I was not happy at all with our experience. When I called about it, the man I spoke with was less than friendly and said “this isn’t like amazon where your delivery is guaranteed. When the car arrived, he basically dropped it off, I signed a couple of papers and he left. The delivery guy was very friendly, however he told me that there are floor mats in the trunk. After he had left, I checked the inside of the car over and there were no floor mats in the trunk, which the description stated it included floor mats. The inside of the car was never detailed. It was absolutely disgusting. There were food crumbs all over the place, in the cup holders, there was dirt everywhere, mud caked onto the gas petal, fingernails in the cup holder, dead bugs in the back dash, I found a Bobby pin with hair stuck to it, dirt all over the doors, smudges of some sort on the sunroof,It was disgusting. There is something stuck to the outside of the trunk that was never washed off that will need scrubbed off. My husband called and they offered $100 to have the car detailed, however that’s besides the point. Now I have the inconvenience of having the car detailed which I’ll have to put money towards out of my pocket for something that should have been done to begin with. I did a chat with a representative and the lady told me that if I wasn’t happy with their resolution then I’m free to return the car, but then I’ll be out almost $500 for the transfer fee we paid. We will be needing to purchase a car for my daughter in about 6 months and our son in 2 years, and we will definitely NOT be using Carvana again because of not only the condition our car arrived in, but their lack of customer service. Works great once you talk to a real live person. Online had some issues. After submitting my documents in the app (and waiting for their review) my initial offer expired so I had to start over again. They deliver my car yesterday 09/07/2020. I took it for a pre purchase inspection and there was $1900 worth of mechanical issues with the car also $3600 worth of cosmetic issues they did not disclose. They do not do there 150 point inspection like they say they do. The bolts for the oil pan where not even secured all the oils drained out of the dang gum car. This is absolutely crazy car needs brakes rotors all kinds of work bad cabin air More
