Disappointed 2nd time customer responded

My Purchase was a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica in zip code 37830, you should be able to find it from that. After my last call I was able to finally get the inspection report and in it it said the brakes had been repaired! What a joke. I suspect the report was made after I requested it as the brakes were absolutely not repaired. You say "Although we are glad to see our team was able to rectify your concerns". This did not happen. The $150 for detailing does for that concern but the $100 (still waiting on both) does not come even close to making up for my time and trouble due to repairs. Also the supposed three day extension on my trial turned out to only be two days!
