Absolutely the best experience I have ever had buying a car! What I loved about the experience was I knew everything up front. I knew how much my down payment needed to be in order to buy the car I wanted. car! What I loved about the experience was I knew everything up front. I knew how much my down payment needed to be in order to buy the car I wanted. I knew how much my car payment and interest rate we’re going to be because I was pre-approved. It took me about 30 minutes to find a car I liked and then I paid to reserve before it had been pictured or anything based off of the description. A few days later I received an email letting me know that car had been photographed and I had 48 hours to complete the purchase or move on. I fell even more in love with the car and decided to buy it. Based off of the pre-approval, I already had a great idea of what I needed to buy the car. I had to come up with a few hundred dollars down on the car instead of no down payment, but then the monthly payment was about $40 lower and interest rate was also about 3% less than quoted. I knew what was going on with my car every step of the way, there was tons of communication, and while I did have to wait a week for shipping, it was fine because again, I knew what I was getting into when I bought the car. There were no hidden surprises. Overall, when I’m in the market for another vehicle in the future, I’m hitting up Carvana and skipping the dealership. Again, best experience ever! More

All in all I am thrilled by how easy it was to shop for and ultimately purchase my car! Just for that Carvana has exceeded my expectations! There's only a couple of things that heald me back from giving a full 5 stars. 1. Just a couple of hours after getting the car a break caliper just fell off. Best guess is that a bolt wasn't tightend. Fairly inexpensive fix. 2. After a day of figuring out the sound system I found that the speakers in the dash don't work. Neither issues seems to be covered by the 100 day warranty. But all in all the car looks and drives really well and I'm happy I found it. More

The best part of the entire process - actually the TWO best parts - was seeing my car delivered to the edge of Maine in a trailer. The car was carefully rolled out of the trailer and onto the street and my family was so excited they were literally jumping up and down! The other REALLY COOL part is, while driving it around, people see CARVANA plates and want to know about it! So i have been telling everyone how great the process is and easy, FAST, painless! No haggling, no hassle, just simple, easy, car shopping. I will never buy a car another way. I was also able to get a car that I couldn't find anywhere within my own state! That sounds silly, but I live so far into Maine, i can get to Canada faster than the rest of the US. Having the car I wanted brought to me - WHAT A COOL THING!!! More
