You complete everything online - the process is extremely simple. No hassles or feeling like someone is trying to push stuff on you that you don't want or need. I actually used the vending machine option for delivery (who wouldn't if you live near one, right?) and, yeah, it sounds cheesy but it was a lot of fun and the Carvana reps were really great at the pick up location. They make you believe they are as happy for your purchase as you are. I'm really glad I purchased my vehicle this way. I would absolutely do so again in the future. No more dealerships for me! More
