Also I want to mention that all the technology that was involved - the website and emails and text messaging - was all intuitive and smoothly functioning which is very very helpful and easy to take for granted until there’s a glitch. The buying experience was amazing! But the ability to talk to anyone after the vehicle was delivered was almost impossible. I would recommend a live person call the buyer after delivery, not an automated talk to anyone after the vehicle was delivered was almost impossible. There were a few mechanical issues with my car and I was pushed off to silver rock and couldn’t get anyone at Carvana to assist me with my issues. All and all it was an easy option to buy and trade verses going to a regular dealership. Just wish they had more follow up after delivery. I will recommend Carvana for ease of buying! More
