My husband, daughter, and I have purchased four vehicles from Carvana in the past four years. Each delivery was made on time, and every employee we’ve dealt with was polite and professional. However, the most recent purchase we made was a bit disappointing. The cleanliness of the vehicle was not up to Carvana’s usual attention to detail. The leather seats were really dirty, there was a LOT of food and various items shoved down the hole by the seatbelt buckle in the back seat (Cheerios, melted gummy bears, LEGOs, crayons), the area by the gas cap was extremely dirty, and there was an odor inside the car. None of these things were apparent when the car was delivered. I first noticed the smell the day after the car was delivered and had been sitting in my driveway in the heat. As I was cleaning the leather seats, I found the items by the seatbelt buckle. The next day, the odor remained, so I looked in every nook and cranny possible to make sure there wasn’t any other food hidden away. I called Carvana and told them about the odor and the hidden food. The employee was, as always, polite and professional and said a check would be issued for my troubles. Overall, I’m happy with my most recent purchase, but I miss the “little things” that Carvana did with our first two purchases. They used to put a $10 gas card by the gas cap.... it was a nice little surprise the first time gas was needed. They used to give a Carvana tumbler.... it’s a great conversation piece to spread the word about Carvana. They used to let you go online and pick out “Carvana swag”. None of those things happen anymore. It’s “little things” like this that made Carvana stand out from the regular car dealerships, and made us feel like they genuinely appreciated our business. Buying a vehicle is a big event, as opposed to just a quick sale. With all the competition that’s out there, I hope Carvana gets back to doing the “little things” that make the experience pleasant and memorable. More

I had no idea what to expect when I bought a car online, but I really needed one and thought I would give it a try. I was very pleasantly surprised by how easy it was. I choose to have the car delivered to my house, and the woman who made the delivery was great, she even stopped and filled it up with gas on the way. All an all, I would definately use Carvana again, and highly recommend them to all my friends and family. More
