For someone who has had to spend the last couple years rebuilding my credit from being dumb when i was young, i was used to having to sit at a car dealership for hours after being shown a car that "fits" rebuilding my credit from being dumb when i was young, i was used to having to sit at a car dealership for hours after being shown a car that "fits" my price range and down payment. just to have them come back and ask for more money. With Carvana i was given my APR i was shown what cars i could get with 0 down. I found a car that fit my price monthly payment limit and initiated the purchase. During the process of purchasing the original 2013 ford focus, i was offered instead of paying $600 to have my vehicle delivered to my house, to meet them an hour out to pick up the car and wave the delivery fee which was great. Before the delivery date i found a 2014 focus hatchback with less miles and was able to instantly change over to that vehicle. picked up the car and have been happy with my purchase (its only the 8th day after purchase though). there were some items that weren't shown on the pictures (the top of the steering wheel was really worn down) but nothing that was worth complaining about. All in all this was a great experience that was stress free. More

Their customer service people were great and the process very easy, but I did run in to some problems. The first car I picked was damaged during transportation so I cancelled that one and found another same very easy, but I did run in to some problems. The first car I picked was damaged during transportation so I cancelled that one and found another same make, model and similar mileage and that one was delivered with a small tear in the rear seat lether that was not indicated on their website as one of their inperfections so I had that car picked up and returned within the 7 day test period and I actually found a nicer one (interior and exterior condition) with a with 4K more miles, but it was also $1000 cheaper. So I'm glad I didn't give up. I also found that their prices were actually lower than there dealers in my area once they added all their hidden fees. I must say that their Sales staff were so nice on the phone and made it very easy returning the second vehicle. It is hard buying a vehicle sight unseen but that's why you have the 7 days "no questions asked" return policy that gives you ample time to really look and drive the car to make sure you like it. Plus it was so nice not having to go from one dealership to another, then haggle with a sales person going back and forth with his manager to arrive at a final price. Then you have to hang around the dealership for hours before they finally get your car out the door. More
This was my husband and I first time using Carvana. We’ve seen the commercials but have never tried for ourselves. It was the best and easiest transaction for the selling of our 2015 Camaro! I found Carvana difficult to work with. I transferred cash to pay for the car. I never got an acknowledgement that my cash had been received until the end of the process. Apparently, it takes several days for Carvana to credit the payment. Even though it was a direct internet transfer. Twice I was told my transaction could not go through And my delivery date Was changed because there had been no payment. They did not acknowledge they had my money then told me I will lose the car for failure to do something over which I have no control . It took an average of 20 minutes on hold to get through. Twice I was told advocates would follow up with me and it never happened. it was an incredibly frustrating experience. More

From start to finish, my experience with Carvana was amazing! My 19 year old son was looking for a good deal on a vehicle, and I am so grateful that we found Carvana. Their "no haggle" prices made it so easy to figure out something to fit our budget. And we ended up finding a great deal on a Nissan they sold for $3,000 UNDER the value.. I couldn't believe it. Every car they post for sale has very detailed photos. They even post photos of the imperfections on the vehicles. Every customer service person I spoke with during the buying process was very nice and helpful. They made sure my son and I were both comfortable with everything and answered all our questions. Did I mention that all their vehicles come with a 100 day warranty?? I will definitely recommend Carvana to anyone looking for a car. And if I need another car in the future I plan on coming back!
