Update on this experience i am still without my truck again it was supposed to be delivered last Saturday and they damaged the paint on the hood in shipping and i agreed to allow them to fix it and accept delivery today 12/17 i get notified 2 hours before delivery they are again changing my delivery date the hood only required it to be repainted and it does not take weeks for that yet here i am still paying for insurance on a truck i do not have in my possession due to carvana but im the one paying for their mess ups over and over again never and i mean never again will i purchase a car or anything from here or recommend anyone to do so

Unfortunately, since my original post on November 25th; I have seen no change or improvement. We are now on our 3rd set of temporary tags (that I have to obtain with no assistance from Carvana.) and Carvana continues failing to provide answers. Anytime I reach out they say that they are working with their third party vendor. Management won’t respond back to me, or do anything to move the process along. Again, if you are thinking about purchasing from Carvana… DONT!
