My Car Never Showed Up First, I spent nearly 2 hours on the phone with one of Carvana's "customer advocates". Half the time I spent on hold while the "advocate" was on hold First, I spent nearly 2 hours on the phone with one of Carvana's "customer advocates". Half the time I spent on hold while the "advocate" was on hold with my bank to get information I already provided in the paperwork I sent. After that draining wait, the advocate said everything was all set and went through. He confirmed the car's delivery. However, 12 days later and it's the scheduled delivery time, but no car. After waiting on hold for 40 mins, the advocate told me that an "underwriter" went in and unapproved me for the vehicle. An underwriter that had nothing to do with my account or ever spoke with me. The advocate said there was no reason for the underwriter to do this and that it was an error on Carvana's part. The car I researched, reserved, and put on my loan application, was pending for another person to buy it. The worst part is instead of Carvana reaching out and admitting to the other customer it was already reserved, they told me there was nothing they could do. Which is ridiculous because the other person hadn't even filled out the paperwork or decided yet if they actually wanted the car. The sale could have easily been stopped by Carvana. They claimed it wasn't possible to do that in their system. This is inaccurate due to the fact that an employee literally just did it to me. So now they can't stop a sale, which isn't even confirmed yet, when some random underwriter stopped my sale that was officially approved??? I requested to speak to a manager, but it's nearly impossible. The advocate said her manager wasn't available. Which made no sense to me since the advocate kept putting me on hold because she said she needed to ask the exact same manager I wanted to speak to. IN SHORT: if any mistake happens on their end, you'll be screwed in terms of getting any decent customer service. And if something is slightly unique or different about your paperwork, get ready to spend over an hour on the phone. I spent almost 2 weeks excited and waiting for a car that was taken from me only a few days after I was approved. There was no reasoning, no attempt by Carvana to make it right, and I was never contacted that my car wasn't ever going to show up. I never write reviews, good or bad, but I did for the first time because that's how bad my experience with Carvana was. More
I was really excited to get my car from here but the delivery time kept getting changed. First car I had chose got damages during transport so they had to get it repaired so instead I chose another veh delivery time kept getting changed. Sadly this car was in worse condition then shown in photos. The process to gain the car was stressfree. i offered to keep the car in return for the things wrong with it, however we couldnt come to term photos. I sent it back early last werk but the return process is very long so be warned of that. I dont even know when ill get my check back. More

Wow is all I can say, I was very impressed by the whole process from start to finish- only had one small hiccup- that was in my error that I wish could have been remedied in regards to the uploading proces process from start to finish- only had one small hiccup- that was in my error that I wish could have been remedied in regards to the uploading process of documents but overall great process- great vehicle - I’ve purchased 7 cars in my time, and this was by far the best experience More
I am so pleased with my experience with Carvana. I loved shopping for a new car with Carvana because, I was in control of the process. No pushy salesman trying to get me to buy every product they sa I loved shopping for a new car with Carvana because, I was in control of the process. No pushy salesman trying to get me to buy every product they sale and trying to hide costs and fees while selling me on a monthly payment. With Carvana, I could clearly see all of the financial information, compare it to other sources and, decide if it was the right deal for me. It was so easy. I traded in my Nissan (I got a higher offer from Carvana than from Carmax) and bought a Ford Flex that I'm totally loving. I also financed my new truck with Carvana as well. One stop shop! Plus they really do give you 7 days to return it for ANY reason. This is a big deal for me because, it meant that I could make sure the truck i bought was a good fit for my family and I would be happy with it long term. The delivery person was great, the paperwork straightforward, and every customer service rep I spoke to was pleasant and helpful. A couple things to note- I originally picked out a car that was damaged during transit and was going to be a couple weeks to fix. Since I did not want to wait, i just picked a different vehicle and they delivered it to my door 2 days later. It all went pretty quick. Also, there was a tech issue. I bought the Carvana Care extended warranty but there must have been an issue with the website because it was not actually added to my contract. They are working on fixing that now. So, overall, I am very happy with the experience and most importantly, I'm happy with the truck I bought. I would recommend to anyone. More
