Buying a car from Carvana was the best thing I could have done. From the ease of getting approved online to the excellent delivery it’s 10/10! 2019 Ford Fusion SE Hybrid OKC, OK I like the business concept but the execution needs work! I picked up my car after driving 3 hours to my nearest dealer, only to find the car had iss I like the business concept but the execution needs work! I picked up my car after driving 3 hours to my nearest dealer, only to find the car had issues that were not detailed in the description. "It is under manufacturer warranty so its not a big deal..." was the employees response to my request for an explanation. He also informed me the car has no gas because he was there alone and didnt have time. The car also had no floor mats which I was told would be delivered, but there is no sign of an order to send them to me. Registration is a headache as the company isnt familiar w all the states' rules for vehicle registration. Why am I having to teach Carvana how to register a vehicle in my state? I need a title to register my vehicle, they wont release a title until my car is registered. With so little human interaction in the business model, I had higher hopes for the customer experience but....so far this is a complete bust of an experience. More

My Next Car purchase will be through CARVANA also I was really impressed with the entire process. We opted to pick up the car at the vending machine and this only put FUN into the entire experience I was really impressed with the entire process. We opted to pick up the car at the vending machine and this only put FUN into the entire experience. The Website was 100% accurate on the car. We intimately knew every flaw pointed out on the car before we got to the location. ALl the financing and insurance and verification was done online so there was literally zero contact with people, other than signing a couple quick forms upon taking the car. My son got to put the token into the vending machine and down came the car. The best way to explain it was how I felt when I used to get the Netflix envelopes in the mail. They simplified the experience. I paid a competitive price and wasn't interested in being stuck for hours at a dealership. This was build for people like me. I highly recommend them. More

Communication from Carvana was great during the delivering and the delivery driver was patient while I inspected the car and took it for a test drive. Photos of car online matched actual condition of the car so there were no surprises on delivery. All around, much better experience than a typical dealership and would buy again. More

This is the second time I’ve purchased a vehicle from Carvana and I think the process was even more streamlined than before. I absolutely love the fact that I didn’t have to deal with any pushy sales sta Carvana and I think the process was even more streamlined than before.
