The buying process was easy. The purchase was done and approved within several hours. I was told that the car was going into pre inspection on May 15th. There also was a possibility of me being out of town when the car was supposed to be delivered. I was in contact with Carvana on the chat on website every 2 or 3 days to get details because nobody from Carvana was reaching out to me to give me details and had let an advocate know that I would be IN TOWN and they could deliver car whenever as I was car less. The car was picked up and put on a truck on June 4th when Carvana reaches out to me and asked if there was someone who could receive the car for me since I was “going to be out of town”. I informed them that I was going to be home and to deliver the car ASAP. The note was never put on my account. The car ended up being delivered on the 19th. Carvana tried to blame the delivery company and I gather that Carvana had never removed the note from the account. I’m hoping the 100 day warranty started the day I received the car (June 19th) and not when the contracts were signed (June 4th) More
Very smooth and painless transaction in the trade-in process. They give good price for my car. Finding and buying the car was hassle free and easy and to complete along with pre-approval with USAA. The vending machine experience was hilarious and fun. The only negative (-1 Star) was the fact the car came with one remote even though photos showed two on seats. The vending employee stated that sometimes the site uses “stock” photos. That’s at least a $300 issue that is now added to purchase that we have to find a dealer to correct. More

Such a relief After being pestered consistently by the several dealers we visited, we decided Carvana would be worth a shot. Every employee I spoke to was helpful & friendly in a timely manner. When the vehicle was delivered, Vicki showed us a star/crack in the windshield that was overlooked during the initial inspection. Carvana then sent a company to do a mobile windshield replacement at no cost to us. We will definitely buy through Carvana again for our next vehicle purchase and highly recommend to friends & family. More
