All in all I am very happy with the 2017 Ford Fusion I purchased. I enjoyed not having to hassle all day at a dealership, that there were no hidden fees and my car being delivered to my house on my day of purchased. However, The road to purchasing and receiving my birthday car was stressful mainly due to the Carvana website kicking me back and out of the purchasing steps, which I tweeted about on June 11. It would be very helpful if you could put your car on a few day hold, 24/7 online, freezing it from other potential buyers. Someone else Temporarily went in and had my car purchasing pending because I couldn’t put it on hold online. After completing the purchase order (12 days prior to delivery) and signing the contact (5 days prior to delivery) my birthday car was delivered with a few minor damages and was not detailed on the interior. I started a Twitter private message chain on June 28, with very quick responses. I am very appreciative that Carvana was able to make this right after the fact with reimbursing me for my repairs and detailing but it is still an inconvenience for my friends and family who have to drive me around for the hours and days my car is in the shop being repaired and cleaned. Especially when Carvana had plenty of time to do the interior detailing and repairs prior to delivery. More

Since I had waited almost a month to buy this truck and I liked everything else about it, I decided to keep it and try to have the smell remediated by a detailing company. It was my understanding that Carvana doesn't sell cars that have been smoked in, but clearly this one was an exception. More

I was very hesitant to go see a dealer. And I’m the type that if there’s an app for that I WILL choose that route. And Carvana met every expectation! A seamless, hassle-free experience like no other. I was quite possibly one of their least liked buyers because I hemmed and hawed a lot -- however, when I finally foun in my entire 53 years of life.
