I read some reviews on cars having issues but thankfully I cannot complain my car was great, love my Hyundai Veloster Turbo!!!! So I purchased my 2018 BMW and it was delivered on June 12th, 2020. Marcus was great. He practiced all the social distancing, went over every detail, sanitized the vehicle before I was able to test drive. I noticed 2 days in the car was driving very smoothly. I contacted my local BMW dealership and they did a free inspection and found several thing wrong with the car. I was at the end of my 7 days ( my local dealership wasn't able to get me in any sooner) I spoke to Ryan at Carvana and expanded my issue. He was very kind and immediately extended my 7 day warranty 2 more days. He then sent a claim to the repair department and explained that may take up to 24-48 hours. I asked what if my extension runs out. He said just call back and he would have a supervisor discuss the options with me at that point. The next day I call back and spoke to Jillian at Carvana because I was concerned that the extension would run out and I would be stuck. She was excellent! She reached right out to the repair location SilverRock and expedited the paperwork so they can make their decision on the submitted repairs before my extension ended and it was approved. I was able to have the dealership of my choice repair the issues and only pay 50.00 because they also offer 100 miles or 4,189 mileage warranty. Once the car was completed, the invoice was submitted and paid within 24 hours. To be honest, I was very skeptical about purchasing a new vehicle this way and through a company I really didn't know much about. I would HIGHLY recommend Carvana to anyone. TALL learning curve. CARVANA Is A VERY DIFFERENT animal! Understandable Technical difficulties; but very difficult to deal with. SEBASTIAN almost killed the deal two times. It took many calls to resolve issues; and the wait time was typically two hours PER CALL It appears that the Reps are not able to "collaborate" very well there is no accurate log to tell subsequent Rep., what the "last representative said or promised or did! There is no way to reconnect with the same Representative. I realize that this is all due to "working from home"; but something really needs to be done! More

My loan almost expired because they took too long to deliver the car in the first place: 3 1/2 weeks! They lost the key, then a light engine came up and no one could tell me why, then they forgot to put it in the truck, and finally they couldn’t locate the vehicle. When we said they could keep the car they finally delivered. A CADILLAC! The radio wasn’t working so we took it to the Cadillac dealership to have it checked. They told us that the car had been COMPLETELY SUBMERGED IN WATER and was COMPLETELY CORRODED. I told them to take it bake and instead they registered the car in my name. I took them other 2 weeks to finally return my car and take their 🍋 because, guess what? They couldn’t locate it!! More
My car delivery had to be rescheduled twice, but Carvana only notified me the second time. One night, I was waiting for my car to be delivered and ended up on hold for over an hour to figure out what was wr only notified me the second time.
