Buying the car was no problem what so ever. Painless even. BUT actually getting my car was a nightmare! Car tire was losing air since purchasing; finally the tire would no longer stay inflated. Took it to a repair shop and found out the rim is cracked and no tire will hold air. Called Carvana who told me t tire would no longer stay inflated. Took it to a repair shop and found out the rim is cracked and no tire will hold air. Called Carvana who told me to contact Silverrock.. Silverrock has 2 different people tell me it's covered under my warranty. So I call to get information on an actual repair shop since Pep Boys and NTB do not repair rims and, LOW AND BEHOLD, now they are saying it's a "cosmetic issue" and warranty won't cover the repair or replacement of the rim. Very disappointed in Carvana and their warranty people for ignoring my problem. A cracked rim is not a cosmetic issue; I CANNOT DRIVE THE CAR I PURCHASED BECAUSE THE TIRE WILL NOT HOLD AIR WITH A CRACKED RIM. Now I have to pay for the repair or replacement of a rim on a car I only got 2 months ago. More

I am waiting for hard copy in the mail to enter a generic odometer reading and return via mail within 48 hours. We already documented and signed off on the odometer reading when I took possession of the vehicle. If it does not arrive today, I need to figure out how to get it tomorrow if it arrives and I am traveling out of town this evening. Not sure why this cannot be done online via Docusign. This is the only issue. Other than that, great experience. More

I had the best, painless, easy and very simple experience!!! I had not been to a dealership in 15 years. When I went it was just like I remembered...they tried to push me over my budget, even afte experience!!! I had not been to a dealership in 15 years. Then a client of mine recommended Carvana...I looked into and went for it. The car I purchased is extremely clean. The pre-approval/approval process was painless. The customer service rep was very nice and helpful. The delivery was smooth and the gentleman was very nice. I have and would recommend Carvana to anyone. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again. More
Carvana is amazing.. I enjoyed getting delivery. My only thing is that I wish I would've been told about the specific Missouri rule of taxes, and not being able to also skip the DMV like most others.. becau thing is that I wish I would've been told about the specific Missouri rule of taxes, and not being able to also skip the DMV like most others.. because of the times. This is harder than usual right now. I wish out of all the calls I got from carvana someone had known this Missouri tax rule and not being able to register and send me plates. It is possible to know this because after research of the website and multiple clicks on sub types I found it on carvana website.. ijs a bad surprise.. but other than that.. every one I talked to was great with customer service and helped me tremendously 😊 More

My delivery driver was amazing! Loved her! Most of the staff was above average. The reason for four stars is my delivery was delayed twice and it took 3 weeks to get my car and even after I had a broken v staff was above average. The reason for four stars is my delivery was delayed twice and it took 3 weeks to get my car and even after I had a broken vanity mirror and missing lug covers (car currently in shop for repairs). Even with delivery postponed the delivery fee was not waived and no other compensation offered, But the staff made up for it with their helpfulness and attentiveness. They truly cared to make things right. More

Pricing for buying and selling my car was great. An issue with an email about insurance paperwork and timing error admitted by Carvana, but fixed, caused frustration. I received an email at 12:50pm, the day before my car was to arrive, requesting updated insurance information. The email stated it needed to be completed by 2:00pm or the car would not arrive the next day. The email was sent while I was at work and I couldn't check personal email. The delivery was automatically reschedule for nine days later because I missed the email. After three calls and two hours on the phone that night, I was able to speak to a supervisor in Arizona who was able reschedule my delivery for the correct arrival day. More
