Was disappointed that my original pick up date and the one after it were both canceled due to title issues. However the people were great and the final pickup went smooth. Also paying $399 to have a car delivered is reasonable, but having nearly $3000 added to your loan because you live out of the delivery area is rediculous, I hope you guys will look into making sure those charges are reduced. I used Capital One Auto Navigator to find the vehicle. I was pre-approved through Capital One. Normally, the dealerships in Nashville take the vehicle through emissions testing before delivery to the custom was pre-approved through Capital One. Normally, the dealerships in Nashville take the vehicle through emissions testing before delivery to the customer. For whatever reason, Carvana did not. I had to take it through emissions and was told by my delivery person that he could pick up the emissions slip up, but I took it by the vending machine myself. They then lost it. So now I have to waste another 2 hours taking back through emissions again, and hope to be reimbursed for this second trip. Unlike a traditional dealership, you don’t get a salesperson that would normally be your contact for stuff like this that can happen during the purchase process. This has been a giant headache. I probably won’t use Carvana again. Edit: And now Capital One can’t finalize my financing because they are still waiting on the odometer statement from Carvana! This has just been a huge pain in the butt. Dealerships are annoying, but at least they handle everything!! More

Honestly i loved everything about the process, i love how i didnt have to deal with swindles and corrupt dealership workers even the fees that were saved just by going through them were no hassle at all and i didnt have to deal with swindles and corrupt dealership workers even the fees that were saved just by going through them were no hassle at all and i didnt even have to pay for all fees upfront like plates title and stuff, Perfect for a first time car buyer with low or semi good credit super hepful and kind only problem was the wait time i had to wait a while but it definitely was worth it More
