My experience with Carvana was frustrating to say the least. I did enjoy that it was easy to find a vehicle that I liked, select it and initiate the deal. But, that is where the ease ended. I had to go b least. I did enjoy that it was easy to find a vehicle that I liked, select it and initiate the deal. But, that is where the ease ended. I had to go back and forth on documents I submitted to them because of how my middle name was spelled (wouldn’t fit within max characters allowed) and finally had to tell them the deal would be off if What I submitted didn’t work. They showed me documents that the car had passed a “150” point inspection and then 2 days before the car was to be delivered they called me and told me they discovered the car “needed a new clutch” and it would be delivered at an unknown date. After talking with about 5 more customer service reps which were unhelpful I got a call from an “account executive “ which had less information about the car than the customer service reps. Flash forward another week and the expense of paying insurance on the vehicle I didn’t currently have, I finally received the car. It was 80% accurate as what was advertised but there was A LOT of under body rust which was not advertised. I even found a tag under the seat where someone had noted “lots of rust with a frowning face”. After the giant headache I dealt with to actually get the car in the first place I decided the frustration of going through the whole process again was too much. I happen to be mechanically inclined so I will just replace the parts that need replacing from rust, namely tie rod ends and wheel bearings and just move on. For the most part I enjoy the Jeep and it will be a “toy” in the next year so I will have the time to repair the rust and apply preventative but I definitely don’t feel like I got a good deal. I’ll end up fixing everything on my dime with nothing from Carvana but a car that was not “truthfully advertised”. I guess it was easy to have someone bring me the car during the COVID era but I don’t think I’ll use Carvana again or recommend them. If you can’t trust the product they are selling you at a distance and then be accommodating when things aren’t up to par I don’t see the value in The service they’re selling. More

First, was very nervous about the process. But once we started it was really simple. After finding the vehicle that we wanted and getting our appraisal for our trade in everything was smooth. The only thing that I would recommend would have better pics and video. After we received our VW Beetle convertible the actual color was much better than what was in pics.
