Buy what you want, don't be limited to local dealer stock! I have to admit I was skeptical about the whole thing but I did not need to be! Thanks to Carvana I was able to find and purchase the Fiat Cinquecento I have to admit I was skeptical about the whole thing but I did not need to be! Thanks to Carvana I was able to find and purchase the Fiat Cinquecento I wanted. There were NO such vehicles for at least a hundred mile radius from where I live. After some medical events, my credit was no longer the best, but Carvana still worked with me and extended me credit as I rebuild my life. It was easy to talk to them via email or phone with any question I had. There is only one "problem" I have with Carvana, after I pay off the 500, I will be looking for a 124 Spider next!!! I'm sure when that time comes, I will be able to find exactly what I am looking for. In conclusion, buy with confidence and enjoy the savings! More

Great deal and easy process, but defects not noted I love the vehicle and how easy the process is. My main gripe is the defects described in the listing were not properly described or notated. In the listing it shows a scratch on the mirror, but the mirror is actually broken and the housing is coming apart.I was quoted $700 to fix the mirror. My next issue is that the license plate bracket was broken so someone screwed one to the trunk through the sheet metal and created a hole that the plate won't cover and now i have to have a body shop fix and paint it for roughly $500. Next, they screwed a Carvana plate holder directly to the bumper cover on the front of the car and damaged the bumper, $300. Lastly, the passenger side skirt is damaged and it wasn't even listed as a defect on the listing, $300. Overall I have about $1800 worth of damage to the vehicle that I wasn't expecting because the only listed defects were a couple chips to the paint that appeared to be normal wear and tear. More
